🍎Simple apple pie 🥧Quick recipe for juicy enjoyment!

Ingredients:
6 eggs
4 tbsp sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp baking powder
300 g flour
3 apples
Some butter or oil to grease the baking tray
Preparation:
1. Mix the eggs, sugar, salt and baking powder well in a large bowl.
2. Add the flour in several steps, sifting each time. Be sure to use a silicone spatula to mix the dough gently.
3. Cut two apples into small cubes and one apple into slices.
4. Grease the baking tray with butter or oil and spread the dough evenly on it.
5. Add the apple cubes to the dough and mix everything lightly.
6. Place the apple slices decoratively on the dough.
7. Bake the cake in the preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius until golden brown.
Tip: Serve the finished cake with a scoop of vanilla ice cream!
