Okay, when I heard what he said about her on the last episode, and then I watched this and saw how he looked at her, I got so confused with his feelings!
He's in love with her and doesn't realize it IMO because they've been friends since a young age. ❤
@Sahaar if the next season even comes out. I don't know why they are taking so long to provide us with the date that it wil be on Netflix.
@@CaRLaiTJiE Probably because they’re still filming? Also, I doubt they’ll announce a date until the Bridgerton spin-off Queen Charlotte airs on May 4th. I’d expect a summer release for Bridgerton S3, though.
Iv read their book,so I knew that line was coming. But doesn’t make me any less disappointed in him. Still I’m looking forward to how he makes it up to her. It definitely will be different from the book. Lol
In the books Colin’s says it to his brothers not those guys. But I can’t wait to see how it all pans out. Especially with her relationship with Eloise.
Just read the book. I know they've change some things that happen but i would love to that the one thing that change in season 3 would Colin have competition for pen. She's deserve some competition over her. She's the real butterfly of Bridgeton and my fav character.
You're in luck because according to the S3 synopsis, Colin apparently offers to help Pen find a husband. So it's possible we'll at least see her interacting with other suitors!
@@lechimeric They do have to change some things because the book not that long of a story and go very fast. *Possible spoiler comming* This season is going to be different from the book starting with the fact that in the book Lady Wistledown is found another way and Pen and Eloise dont have a fallout in the book. So they dont have a choice to change the Colin/Pen story a bit. I just hope they dont totally botch it. Its my favorite couple so far.

colin and penn have been the slow burn lurking in the background over 2 seasons. we’ve all been left wondering and hoping for the best, for penn’s sake. she is so lovely and endearing; she deserves happiness.
I feel like he really does like her but is oblivious because she isn’t the normal skinny girl and because of that because he lets the ppl around him tell him what to do his going to lose the best thing he never had I want them together end game but let’s make him jealous first new love interest teach Colin a lesson real quick.
I don't think he's ashamed of her. I think he's just oblivious. He doesn't realize he's in love with her because they've been friends since childhood basically IMO. Luckily, though, they'll get their happy ending next season on the show! 😍
@@lechimeric hopefully but I’m rooting for a new love interest for pen at least to teach him a lesson let him suffer a bit and I shouldn’t have said ashamed but oblivious thank you I couldn’t think of the word so I changed it and it sounds dumb now looking at it
@@amandagoodtime7751although not through jealousy, Colin does suffer in the aspect that he learns of his strong desire for her and after she “teases” him with a kiss, he is tormented for days by the sudden friction between them and the lack of presence Penelope has within those days
I love Penelope so much. She's content to be in the background and only wishes for one person to see her; to truly see her. Sadly, even Eloise is too self absorbed to truly see Pen for who she is.
I started rewatching and her best dress of the first two seasons was her presentation dress. There were a few others that were good as well because they fit her better. Her hair was at it's best when it was down.
I think the actual first look that's been on the internet is amazing in showing her off
Why do they never put her in green? Redheads so freakin slay in green. Like, if she showed up to a ball in an emerald green dress...especially in the sun...Colin might actually get his head out his butt.

You’re in luck. She wears green next season! From leaked photos we’ve received, it looks like she wears a bright green dress in what we think is the first episode and then a few soft seafoam greens later on! ❤️
Aww I’m crying I love Pen.. she is even harder on herself in the book I hope in the new season she truly finds her worth because I don’t think the book did that well enough. I still enjoyed it though I want to reread it again because when I first read it I gave it 3 stars maybe I’ll like it more the second time around.

I don't think Colin ever intended to insult Pen. I only think he said that because he viewed her like he did, Eloise, a sister. Or so he felt. I never saw that statement as condescending. my opinion.
In the books he has that conversation with his brothers, and it doesn't seem as rude. The real reason he singled out Pen is because his mom kept pressuring him about getting married and she kept mentioning Penelope. Book Colin has no desire to get married to anyone at the present time.
