It is called "brahma muhartham time" Technically brahma muhartham is calculated 3hrs before sunrise till the time 1 milli micro second before sun rise. So the brahma muhartham time varies with geographical location of nations.
Never liked any Sahasranam other than M S Subbulakshmi's. This one is pretty good too.

English, hindi whoever Spks we can distingue shouth indian or north indian or Bangali even study whole life in english medium but sanskrit is the only language in the world you cant differentiate, when south indian pujari pronanunce mantras its same sweet as north or Bangalee or neplise from Nepal.
