- In this episode, I’ll show you how I upcycled (3) “trashy treasure” bottles I collected during last week’s adventure to Vanadu Art House into steampunk works of art! The large bottle is an elaborate centerpiece with layered colors. The smaller bottles are two-tone metallic pieces with minimalistic designs that complement the centerpiece bottle.

Favorite of the series so far... amazing how palette choices brought the pieces to life! Never would have thought a water-based Mod Podge type adhesive would be strong enough for non-porous surfaces, will try. Looking forward to the next entry!
Hi, Jonathan. Yes, Mod Podge and modeling paste were the heroes of this upcycle. The key is to use a PVA glue, like Mod Podge (as opposed to a school-grade glue). Thanks for tuning in!
