the first guy is shooting after he trow the flash so he can get the CT's attention and maybe make them look at him by reflex and then get flashed so he can get an easy kill
First guy shoots walls to make sound, after flashing he makes noise to scare his enemys into thinking they are being shot. So the enemy automatically looks where the shots came from, hence making em flashed. Its very cool trick.
The first guy felt like he had his aimlock incorporated to the throwing of his flash grenade. Everytime he throws it, he aims at somebody through wall, well not quite directly but a little bit overhead.
You guys are close on masking the sound of the flash. That would be true if he was bouncing it. What he is doing is if anyone is close they heard the pin pull. So you throw the flash which they see and turn away, then you start firing some shots to make them think you are already prefiring and pushing out in front of the flash making them turn back looking at the flash. Nothing went over it a while ago on a flashes tutorial. *and i just got to that part in the video now lol*
I also do the same i mean the wall shooting stuff when i do a pop-flash, cuz the sound of the shots bait my opponents to look towards me and like 7/10 cases they were completely blind so i could kill them easily.
Just a note, If you are at b you can't see someone at short with your wallhack it doesn't go that far. So even if he was walling he couldn't have seen him.
I'm not sure, but it seemed like the first guy had aimlock binded to his shooting button, so it would be difficult to bust him out, or he was just really good
He's shooting with the flash for 1 of 2 reasons. Either masking the sound of the flash bouncing as not in a position to pop flash, the flash has to bounce or 2, which is the most likely way, is to shoot to make the enemy believe you are engaging so they will most likely engage with you as they have first bullet accuracy over you as youre already shooting. when it actually fact theyll peek straight into a flash and get caught out. First guy shoots walls to make sound, after flashing he makes noise to scare his enemys into thinking they are being shot. So the enemy automatically looks where the shots came from, hence making em flashed. Its very cool trick.
He literally said it after I wrote this comment. -.-
The first guy felt like he had his aimlock incorporated to the throwing of his flash grenade.
The logic behind the firing on flashing is make people think the flash is a decoy
You are the most objective overwatch judge I ever saw. Great work man.
Sad thing is, I wouldn't be surprised if that first person got banned...
I don’t think that first guy locked on when he was in b tunnel I’m pretty sure he was looking away from his flash
I'm not sure, but it seemed like the first guy had aimlock binded to his shooting button, so it would be difficult to bust him out, or he was just really good
1. dude just shoots before the flash to make the enemies think he's peaking and look at the flash.
The b flash thing was to mask out the sound of the flash
what did that poor mouse to you to smash it duude..
I might try the first guy tactic tho... its cool and kinda working
He shoots at the wall to make the enemy look towards him and get blind by his flash
You could tell from the crosshairs position and movement of the first guy that he was insane to begin with
Shooting can also draw the attention of some players so they'll get flashed
esp can't see from tunnel entrance to cat
He's shooting with the flash for 1 of 2 reasons. Either masking the sound of the flash bouncing as not in a position to pop flash, the flash has to bounce or 2, which is the most likely way, is to shoot to make the enemy believe you are engaging so they will most likely engage with you as they have first bullet accuracy over you as youre already shooting. when it actually fact theyll peek straight into a flash and get caught out. Stewie used to do it a lot, still does
*edit: Just saw the part why you mention this. ^-^
He shoots to make the enemy look at him because they would know he is shooting and they would immediately get blinded i do that sometimes
The reason he shoots at the wall after a flash is so they think it's a decoy
