Gram flour(besan) - 1.5 cup
Ginger & green chilli - 1 tsp(crushed)
Food colour/turmeric pwdr - 1 pinch
Asafoetida(hing) - 1 pinch
Unflavoured oil - 2 tbsp
Eno/baking - 1 tsp
Sugar - 2 tbsp
Lemon juice - 2 tbsp
Salt - 1/4 tsp
Water

For Tadka:
Cooking oil - 1 tbsp
mustard seeds - 1 tsp
Asafoetida(hing) - 1 pinch
Curry leaves - 5-6
Sugar - 2 tbsp
Lemon juice - 1 tbsp
Green chilli - 2 nos.
Little salt
