i dont get how they win games,all they do is chuck it up and then play no defense

They also run a 2-1-2 which when the ball is released from the shooter they have 2 players running the outside lanes and they give it to the player in the middle of the 2-1-2 to run point making it a 3-2 fast break . Also , the ball moves faster through the air than dribbling it . I hate this type of defense because the only defense they do is trap whether they're up or down and rebound which are the 2 bigs #21 and #0 you don't have to be athletic to run their offense better yet their defense.
