Great video, very informative. My only issue is why the narration has to be running at a hundred miles an hour? Dude, please slow down, it's tough to listen to when it's so fast and rushed.
Dennis Collins is a true Gentlemen also - this is why he is respected and Highly thought of in the industry - he will always stand tall and give a fair price for something and not try to squeeze someone - always pays when he receives help, whether it's from a kid or an adult- His kids have impeccable manners and this is a true reflection of the man he is -and he has a killer youtube channel to boot

Dennis is the man and his Coffee Walk channel is one of the best UA-cam channels around. Dennis didn't need Discovery to build his business up from where it was to where it is today like Richard and reality TV is just that, not reality. People give Richard shit but as he said many times "I'm building a brand, not an ego" although lol. I personally don't care how much someone is worth, the measure of a person is how they conduct themselves, treat people with respect and you'll get respect. Dennis gets respect because he's respectful, which is easier to do when not under a Discovery Reality TV contract like Richard was.
I was in my 20s I could not believe what was happening to the passion of my life. change. fuel prices had doubled.Everything I loved became yesterday.Honda Datsun were fuel efficient. Did not matter that I could not fit. All my favorite cars had been replaced and were worthless. I am afraid it will happen again. Dennis be careful. The money is changing.
Has anyone done a 'deep-dive' on what got Dennis to where he is now? I'm assuming that he is the offspring of some very RICH parents that afforded him the start. What he did with it from there is a tribute to him. But let's not forget......'Silver Spoons' help. I personally would like to see how Dennis made his fortune coming from nothing (meaning no money to start with).
Earned my start with throwing a paper route, reselling golf balls that I fished out of ponds from local golf courses, painting numbers on the curbs of neighborhood houses, apprenticing as a butcher at the local tom thumb and selling muscle cars out of my parents driveway
I'm always amazed at the terrible sound on some of these UA-cam channels. I don't like commercial TV any more, there are more commercials than shows. The thing with the sound is the commercials are always clear not so much base that you can't understand what is being said. Yes I am older and I do have Artillery ears, but commercials are always clear and understandable, while some movies and most you tube channels have so much base it's not clear what is going on. Before I was drafted I spent some time as a sound engineer for a live stage show locally. To me voice carries much better at a little more mid range, while I like this video I wish you could sit back and listen to this. I have my computer connected to an equalizer and amp, I have the treble up and the base down to the point that the sound is terrible while commercials are clear as a bell. Take a lesson from those who want you to hear what they are saying.
Dennis didn’t sell the lawman for 2.1 million, the guy he sold it to did! Get it right, it takes literally 2 seconds to fact check this stuff, he wished he did sell it for that price, by comparison he gave it away!!!!!!!
I'm not sure who Dennis Cohen is? Maybe get a narrator who can speak plain English, atleast someone who can speak plain enough the the auto-generated "Closed Caption" can spell correctly. So, just how rich is Dennis Collins, I must have missed it?
