One of my favourite parts about superhero media is how much their costumes show who they are and help define them as people in their own right; my favourite example is probably the X-men costumes. The X-men don't wear the black leather/identical suit design the films thought they did; in fact, every X-men member has a wildly unique, bright and colourful uniform that adds layers to their personalities and characters; for example, Nightcrawler design has elements and textures that harken back to his time as a circus performer and insists on wearing that because it feels familiar and comfortable for him as its part of who he is and gives him comfort when he was persecuted for so long. Another example is Storm, who has a costume with a lot of black lingerie whilst adding in elements tieing back to her deep-rooted African culture, such as the amulet she wears around her neck and her African crown, all of which help her feel like she still connected to her culture despite being far away from her people. Furthermore, Wolverine and Cyclops have fascinating costumes which have contrasting colour palettes to portray how different their personalities are and how they juxtapose one another's mindsets; Cyclop's suit is compact and tactical, with a primarily blue colour scheme with yellow belts, visor and sash symbolising how forward thinking and put together he is as a person and leader of the X-men. In contrast, Wolverine has a bright yellow scheme with blue axis lines resembling claw marks. A more rugged design pattern with pointer eagles symbolises how more unconventional and a bit of a wildcard he can be, often not following the rules.
Damn you got me wanting to read another X-Men run...
I love MCU spider man
Do you think that Wolverine should have a new costume, and if you were to fix Wolverine to make him a better character, how else would you fix him?
Hey man, this video was fantastic and I'm defintiely a fan of yours now. Keep up the good work and I'd love to collab with you sometime in the future
Totally up for that :)

Is Rorschach too obvious of an answer? His mask literally changes w his emotions hahaha
Rorschach's masks are based on rorschach's test, there are many variants of patterns used on rorschach's test so the masks change according to that!😅
@@kha30s22 yes I know it's based off the rorschach test but as far as I remember or at least how I interpreted it doesn't just change to a random existing pattern at a random time it's based off how he feels
Miles is black so black suit
