Still my favorite version of M.Bison by a mile, nothing else comes close. Less chunky, and doesn't grin constantly. The same voice actor, yet his performance is way more menacing, less of a cartoon "muhahaha" type. Also has some exclusive moves to the CVS series, always wondered why they were never used again.
The back throw, where he uplifts the opponent with his leg, is from SFEX series, but his exclusive moves from CVS1 having been relinquished for no reason.
Originally Balrog was based off Mike Tyson, but they were worried about a potential issue with his likeness and name being to close M Tyson, so they swapped the bosses names when they brought it to the states.

This version of M. Bison is an overhaul of how he looked in Street Fighter II, same with Ryu, Ken, Chun-Li and Akuma.
