Glad they brought you too us and hope you enjoyed the report! I agree I think Warcrow is going to great and looking forward to exploring Lindwurm with the Guys and our audience! Thanks too for the sub! We appreciate it!
The narrative games from the two player set do play quick but the typical game plays at 250 points. This scenario is around 75 points. I am sure as the forces get larger the games will be a bit longer.
Thanks! Corvus really does put some nice models out and Dr. Dice did a fantastic job getting them table top ready. Even though he hates painting! More content is coming... we just want more figures!
Im a bit late to the party but thank you for this content. I have been desperately trying to pry my gaming group away from Games Workshop so the more CB content we have the better!
Never too late and thanks for watching and commenting. We plan to have more Warcrow content as soon as more figures are released. The waiting is killing us. But we also have a lot of other games too that your gaming group may enjoy. Let us know if you have any questions!
Thanks for watching and dropping a comment. We are looking forward to doing more Warcrow! Can't wait for more figures to drop... although my wallet may say otherwise!
I have the bigger box on pre-order. The one that comes with the monster in model form. The Hegemony look awesome, especially the buckler troops and the plague doctor/rogue and the Orcs look incredible. I look forward to painting and playing this greatly.
Oooh! I would have loved if the monster was the exclusive. The War Surgeon is my secret favorite although the Wisemane is a close second. The Buckermen for Hegemony frustrate me to no end when fighting against them. The Orcs are just the right size and have some great poses. Overall the figures are A+ in my opinion. Now to just get different stuff! Enjoy playing and thanks for watching. We hope you enjoy the other Warcrow videos.
We definitely are not giving up on Bushido that is still our main bread and butter. We are looking to expand which games we play and looking for a good secondary game to go into.
@@gamingwiththeguysminiaturesyou guys do a great job! Really like the Bat Rep. but, we really wanted to see Ice Bear! I think that Bears really should be standard in all your Bat Reps - Warcrow Bears, Bushido Bears & Sunday Bears! 😁
@@gamingwiththeguysminiatures I hope you continue with Warcrow content, I thoroughly enjoyed your battle report. I think Warcrow (don't care for the name, don't understand the crow part) is a strange hybrid of Warcry, and Spearhead. I applaud the fact that it is not a D6 based game. The special dice allow for lots of flavor abilities but it does slow down the game a bit. The narration elements are great. I'm sold on the Bear, and want shapeshifters with a few orcs for canon fodder.
I'm pretty sure there will be more Warcrow in the future as we are really enjoying the game and are impatiently waiting for more figures to release. We appreciate the feedback and love hearing that you enjoyed our battle report. Thanks for watching and more Warcrow is coming soon!
At then 32m20s mark you say you get victory points. Do you get it each round or end of the game. Because i thought you get the military points at the end of the game as described in the scoring section of scenario 1.
Thanks for watching and commenting. You are correct for this scenario the military points are scored at the end of the game. However at 00:32:24 we are discussing the end of round sequence and that you would first get victory points then reduce stress and finishing with No One Gets Left Behind. Dr. Dice wanted to start the end of round sequence with No One Gets Left Behind. No one scored any victory points until the end of the scenario. Sorry for the confusion and we hope this clarifies what we were talking about. We hope that you will keep on watching our other and future reports.
We are planning that just need to get more minis to pull it off. To be honest unless Corvus gives us early access to new models it may not be till September that we get to 250. Or we buy a second starter but even then its not enough points to get to 250. We will get there though! Thanks for watching!
A (affiliate style) link to the Warcrow site that is unique to your channel would be something great to add to the video description to let CB know we are engaging with your content.
*glares at Greg and growled aggressively for tempting him* Youre so going to be getting my angry words for doing this to me Greg, im trying to be good and noy buy things you evil man. haha ((this is an inside joke between my team and his team))
Don't worry we will get the swear jar ready. Gaming Jason thinks the mighty moon worm dune bucket would be fitting. As it is the perfect representation of the table top gaming industry being so tempting and eating all our money. Glad you enjoyed the video.
My problem with Warcrow has nothing to do with the game itself. I've read the full rulebook and it actually looks quite good, however, every single tabletop wargaming channel on UA-cam is showing the exact same, heavily scripted demo. Look, I get it, you're paid by CB to show this content, but, that doesn't stop you from making another video playing one of the rulebook scenarios as well.
Thanks for the comments, I would like to point out that we didn't receive any payment in any form from CB. As a whole our UA-cam channel isn't eligible for monetization and we are not in place where we are looking or asking to do paid sponsorships. So any videos we've done have been for personal enjoyment and bringing awareness to a game. As far as doing the demo from the starter set at this moment there haven't been a large release of figures to the game so we have found doing additional missions is a bit difficult and very one sided. But in the future we do hope to create more videos that would be a better representation of what the game is actually like and not just the demo in the 2 player starter set.
Much like OP said, we didn't get anything free, actually I paid for everything in the video personally. CB has provided no incentive. Ok, that outta the way, you've hit on one of my biggest beefs as well: Not enough figs released for even close to a decent book scenario at this point and not going to happen for the forseeable future. We are doing the best we can, hopefully it's fun to listen to while you paint or whatever and I promise that once we can play a book scenario we 100% will. All that said, thank you for watching, we really do appreciate it.
Great playthrough. Learned alot
Glad it helped and you enjoyed it! Thanks for watching.
Warcrow content!! subbed!
More on the way! Thanks for the sub!
@@gamingwiththeguysminiatures That's good to know! I will be checking the videos from time to time. Cheers!
Great playthrough!
Thanks for the comment and watching! We're glad you liked it and hopefully we will have more coming soon!
Warcrow brought me this video and there can never be enough Warcrow content. New subscriber. Really hyped for this. CB has a hit on their hands imho.

Seems like games are quite short

Fantastic report gents, look forward to seeing more on this game.
Glad you enjoyed it! We look forward to posting more!
Those are some sweet looking models, looking forward to more content

Great to see you guys cover Warcrow! But I hope you are not giving up on Bushido! 😁

We are "bear"ly scratching the surface of our Bear content!

looks like a solid game with great models.

@gamingwiththeguysminiatures your reports were huge help learing a game. Thank you!
Hope to see full-scaled (250pts iirc?) game!
