explosion strength isnt the meta, but the spirit one. just do 4x m1-explosion impact-hado 91-shinten raiho, and boom 3/4 hp is gone and yes u can move stack explosion impact to hado 91 into shinten raiho

Clone or wind are better against npc (clone you have to stun him almost infinitely, but if you won’t stun him for 5-10 seconds, then he will snap (a warning that next snap will be clone move) and with wind it’s obvious. You have counter and attack that can one shot glass cannon (one move and npc will immediately turn into bankai state after you use triple gale with either max spirit or strengh)

idk if u know this but he already have explosion impact which is a combo extender, if u didnt know u cant use 2 combo extender skill at once because it has a global cooldown and aerial tandem isnt a combo extender so yeah why not use it

It has a very low CD but tbh cyclone just doesnt flow well and hey, tandem is cooler
