The Inspirations are tremendous singers and sound as seasoned as any out there today. I would prefer to hear some more of the old normal paced standards in their mix though, e.g. Standing On The Solid Rock, Then Jesus Came, My God Is Real, Zion's Hill, I Believe In A Hill Called Mt. Calvary, Some Golden Daybreak...and so forth. It sounds like they sing too many upbeat, peppy songs non-stop. I don't want to fall asleep at a gospel concert but neither don't I enjoy it when the singers start to sound like they are too hyped up musically in their performances tempo-wise, sounding too 'rocky-like' as if they chugged one too many Mountain Dews before they came on stage.
I always get a blessing listening to y'all
