Nice nice kb. Yeah bro Michael is very good guy he has really helped me with my project since the day you did the first video with him till now. I salute you for the good job. He gives me the materials and I just sent him the money by myself which is so helpful. Once again thanks Kb
42.5 is for casting concrete 32.5 is for laying blocks 52.5 is for making bridges so if u can buy 52.5 then use it for your foundations and casting concrete then you cant go wrong. Thanks bro i have also used micheal through you. Love always education is the key
His prices are reasonable and its nice that you're translating from Twi to English. Most of all we appreciate the time and money spent purchasing data. Keep the good work up fam.
Kojo thank you so much for these video updates. I’ve found them very helpful. I’m currently working with Jehova Jira windows and they are doing amazing work for us. I’m also working with Adamu for gates and metal works. I will be reaching out to Bra Micheal next. Unless I missed it but do you have videos on tile work. The cost of the tiles and installation?
@@kojoblk would you mind sharing your tile purchase experience in China? My husband and I would love to connect with you to get more detail info. How can we reach you?
This is the man. Work and business ethics rare in Ghana. He should be lecturing business school students at the most prestigious business school in any of the universities in Ghana. He combines so many talents as an astute business man. The founders of Homedepot didn't possess the quality of his acumen.
Hello Kojo, l am a new subscriber to your channel, l just started watching it today. You have great content. I reside in the U.S. but l am originally from South Sudan. My husband and l bought a plot in the capital Juba in 2019 and this year, we put a wall fence around it. I am learning a lot from your videos, l hope to start building our house sometime in December 2024. Please keep the videos coming, you are inspiring 😊👍🏾
You have a optimistic view on life and the importance of building back home, which makes your videos delightful to watch. The loudness is also appreciated 😊😊👍🏾
He's perfectly right on the grade of the cement for foundation especially in waterlogged areas. I bought the 42.5N from Cemaf ladt year for my basement car park for my apartment in Tema
Regarding the cement strength and type, he is bullshitting- Just ask him a simple question- a lot of stores buildings constructed with less strength than 32R 20-30 ago are all still standing. Even the quarry dust blocks are all rip offs, they don’t make any difference to the strength of your building. Again 20 years ago most buildings in Ghana weren’t constructed with quarry dust blocks but are still standing.
