Espasol ingredients -- glutinous rice flour, coconut milk, condensed milk, brown sugar, vanilla extract, salt.

In Quezon we cook sweet Rice and giling it then you mix macapuno or young Coconut and roll it on powdered corn freshly made, thats hiw i remember ut not sure about condensed milk. I know there is brown sugar when you grind the sweet cooked Rice
