And it doesn't present the audience with much confidence in your company. You are a representative of your organization, and this is somewhat embarrassing. Collect your thoughts, and tell the audience, with confidence, what you want them to know, without the "um" "uh" "ah" "ya know". It was obvious you didn't prepare beforehand very well. And that you don't really have a true grasp on what you're speaking about. Be concise, and direct. You have to prepare beforehand. If you CAN'T prepare beforehand, you should know the material well enough to speak on any topic that gives the audience confidence in you.
