I am glad to find this very interesting film. About 10 years ago while on holiday in Wroxham, we went on a day trip to Sheringham, after a lovely morning on the steam train, we went for a walk along Sheringham sea front. The afternoon turned cold and grey and we came across the lifeboat station. In the shop I saw 4 CDs of the Sheringham Shantymen. Never hear of them but they're was a good few songs on the CDs I know. I couldn't make up my mind which CD to buy so I bought all 4 at £10 each. The reaction of the lady who sold them to me was wonderful. She said she was going to close up a half an hour earlier. I was delighted to make her day. Now it's nice to see this film to put some faces to the singers I have been listening to for years. But you have a couple of songs on here I never heard, "One More Day" and the one that goes "hey ho little fishes". What album are they on please and can I buy it online? Watching this film, I have learned a lot of interesting facts about sea shanties including that the Holy Ground is the fisherman's part of Cork town. I grew up 30 miles from Cork City. I have recently been listening to some of your songs and shanties that are new to me including the lovely song "End of an Era" The tune of this song is very familiar to me. Do you know what song this tune is from? After living in London and Heartsfordshire for 35 years I now live in Blackpool. Your songs and shanties are a part of my soundtrack while I am looking at the Irish Sea. Xxx
