@@debbiesinghumrao7562 you have a good memory. Yes it's the same exact house. The yard has change a little but same location. This was actually filmed about a year ago. It's only now we getting time to edit and post.
Never seen lime juice used in fry ochro - why is lime used may I ask? Take away the slimy stuff maybe? Thanks! Food looks fresh and delicious 😋 The ochro we get over here is so different than those nice huge fresh ones there in Guyana!!
@ aahhhhh awesome 👏🏼 good to know!! I’ll try it next time - I usually cut them and leave them overnight to dry out b4 frying and it helps a little with the slime - but I’ll surely try the lime (I would dry them in the sun in the summertime-but winter it’s indoors)
@gearyannamanthadoo9585 it's not incorrect, it's just not you way of cooking, everyone is entitled to cook how they want with out anyone say it is right or wrong! This is the way she makes it!
Everything is so fresh. So healthy. Great job. Like how you add some onions, tomatoes and wiri wiri pepper at the end.
Fresh white belly shrimps. Nice. 🇬🇾

@@FinolaKumar hi, yes, an older woman actually taught us that trick. The lime actually cuts the ochro slime better then the tomatos
