When DD was still doing Walmart deliveries I remember trying to pickup an order for a customer and I waited (as well as about 5 other DD drivers) for over an hour. The order was canceled, I received No Pay and I swore I'd never do another order for Walmart. I have a very short tolerance for disorganization.

Set aside 20-30% of your gross earnings (aka what the apps pay you). You have Federal, State and self-employment taxes to pay. I'm not a CPA though and can't give legal tax advice. Thanks for watching
Five years as a delivery, driver, professionally, and a shopper with all the platforms. If I have a waiting time I get to the area I notify the manager that I am there to pick up the order and I set my timer for 10 minutes irregardless of the situation whether it’s Uber eats or point pick up , the second that it turns to 10 minutes a pull out and cancel no exceptions ever
Waited for 20 minutes for a really good Walmart offer = $32 for 4 miles- yesterday. Turns out they weren't bringing it out given only 1 of the 2 orders were ready so they agreed to bring it out after I requested to only deliver one; and they said the other won't be ready til tomorrow. So all went well with scanning but it prompted me to deliver to the customer of the order I didn't get. Took them 45 minutes to answer the phone to allow me to proceed. At least I was able to complete an errand I needed to do in the area of the drop off anyway to take some sting off. The order was supposed to go down by $5 ; but luckily the customer who I delivered to increased their tip so I ended up getting $33 after all.... 1 hour 20 minutes to complete.
Oh no lol 😂 I just downloaded the driver app! I found out a few grocery stores down here do use point pickup.

Had a shift of pain recently. As a Top Dasher I reserved a $5 peak pay schedule near my home which is generally busy at night and literally got no orders for the 2 hours shift and saw the "Many Dashers Online" message the whole time. Went home pretty disappointed...
I love PP. When I arrive at the store I only wait 15 minutes. I then contact support and cancel that pickup. I simply pick another one and deliver that.
I've never really had an issue with PP.

Got a very fair deal , adding Uber XL only drive people app. I'm so excited got ins , no big cost. Its silver even though I don't drive at night often. I been watching you since April when I started. I'm in real life a crazy wonderful area to dash. Small area last week I made 490 , 2 1/2 days. I am one of your small town success story's. I'm not driving full time much just doing perfect at PT . Thanks most for teaching me it's seasonal , I like to vacation. I'm keeping track of this year's on off season , weeks. I would so hate to do this in the City. Mike when are u going to learn whenever I was doing uber eats and had a pick up at walmart I always had to speak to a person at the store and let them know I was there. U don't really know if ur checked in or not. I always let them know I was there and they helped me out. I wish point pick up was doing grocery pick ups in my market. It was always walmart orders.
I always start out from home, Indianapolis. My little town is only about a mile across, so I love starting out with a Uber eats for 28 bucks.... lol

Would love to hear what you do when you make a mistake, like drop a bevarage. I have done it twice in 2300+ deliveries. The first time I paused orders and went to albertsons got her 2 pepsi to make up for what I dropped. Today I dropped a fiesta mountain dew, got them a mountain dew at the nearby 7 11. Got a 5 star rating 2 seconds later after the make up drink, drop. One guy message me a few weeks ago 'would be nice to have straws!' I stopped read the message went to a gas station offered to buy 2 straws. You can have them he said. Went back and dropped the straws and got a 2 dollar after delivery tip and a message you didn't have to!
did you check-in with an employee? or just sit there in your car to record the video? I've never had to wait more than 10 minutes in my market

Point pickup is harassing me through the app by playing manipulative games and pinning drivers against eachother.
I'm a veteran and federal employee.
Gaslighting me and continuously harassment by phone and I'm even thinking they are hacking my phone.
Strange phone calls spoof calls. They try to play games on how the orders are dispersed by playing with my screen. Three card montee and it gets worse when I get orders they don't want me to get. I have bought several phones to make them as fast as possible. To get orders but point pickup tries to prevent me from getting them then punishes me. It's very disturbing. I'm a veteran 9 years service and 10 years federal employee.
I have no mental issues. It's done on purpose to try to mess with me . Tom Fiorita Is the ceo. I have told customer service supervisors several times. They just continually do it and play instead of firing me or something it's very odd to get in my head.
PS I live on the out skirts of the busy area. Lots of times I pick up a delivery into the hot zone if I dash in my drive way.
Many times not ideal order but pays you to move to the hot zone... shrug

I delivered to a ladies house for Shipt recently... It was out in the boonies of Texas where's there's no street lights... it's almost 10pm... Her gate was locked so I couldn't get to her front door.... There was a pack of stay dogs outside my car and the lady wasn't responding. 🤦🏽♀️ I almost lost it for a second!!! Ug lol Realized some people do not actually have the Shipt app at all. I didn't want to scale her fence.... Plus I'm SHORT anyway.... So I waited for the stray dogs to go away and left it outside her gate... Felt like a nightmare. Couldn't wait to get home.

Not a fan of point pickup. They only send out about 2 orders per day in my market and both orders barely pay $1 per mile lol
Point pickup sucks they hatrasses me constantly

Sometimes you have to keep emailing them.
Nothing less than $25 dollars for delivery on any app..multiple income =multiple apps keep grinding never wait more than 15 to 30mins
