This was my first Kdrama and I’m hooked for life. I found it by accident during quarantine and now I’m obsessed with all things Korean. Kdramas, K- pop, I love it all. I have “converted” so many of my friends to the world of kdrama I really should be getting some sort of commission. LOL

가족때문임. 리정혁이 세리와 살 수 있는 방법은 나이 들어서 부모 모두 돌아가시고나면 가능함. 그러나 부모가 살아계신 동안에는 자기의 사랑 찾겠다고 외국에 나가 세리와 살면 북한에 남아있는 가족은 아마.. 죽거나 제거당하거나 햇빛을 못보게되겠지.. 외국인들은 이것을 몰라서 그런다는 님 말에 동의해요.
I heard that the ending was ambiguous for foreign viewers. However, for me as a Korean, the ending of the drama was sadder than 'Romeo and Juliet' because it is actually 'unachievable love'. When Jeonghyeok and Seri had a brief meeting in Switzerland...I understood that it was a relationship where no promises could be made to each other. Unless Korea is reunified, they cannot get married until they die of old age, and they cannot make a proof of love. There are many elderly Koreans who still have family members in North Korea. They talk about the family remaining in North Korea on the anniversary, saying, "I wonder if my parents are alive, and I'm worried about whether they are living well." So, as a Korean, the ending of 'CLOY' is sadder.
@@Nobodys15 It's true that it is next to impossible to travel foreighn country. In the drama, JH said he took a piano player in a orchestra, and Seri made a foundation to support young pianists. So the foundation might send invitation to JH, and JH somehow get permission to travel (which would be very very hard) ; so the story goes.... It makes sense to those who knows North Korea. The writer is not dumb.
FUN FACT: This program is the one that I recommend every time I try to get someone into kdramas and so far, it never fails! My mom, my two sisters and 5 friends have watched this show and they all love it and know they can't stop watching other kdramas. I've seen it myself 5 times because it's so good! and I know that by watching these videos I could see it again hahahaha.
CONFIRMED BREAKING: Hyun Bin and Son Ye Jin are officially dating. ❤️❤️ I mean what a beautiful news to start a new year with! Son Ye Jin has been my all time crush. I’m not sad but I’m rather so happy that she is now officially taken by the gentleman I admire. I’m pretty sure that he will treat her very well and love her. This is the second K-drama i watch... and first was Itaewon class.... and now im watching Start Up 💜💜💜💜💜💜 i dont like watching K-Drama but this 3 are my fave and i want to watch this 3 over and over again
Cloy is the best and Im probably the oddest fan since Im 74 and a former hallmark addict.. This is my one year anniversary of watching k dramas and Cloy was my second . It has not been my last but its the only one that i watch at least once weekly no matter what else is on. Ive driven my friends and family crazy trying to keep up with these actors and and anything written on them. The entire cast is fantastic .. I had one connection to South korea , My grandson and his wife lived there teaching english in Seoul. They are enjoying the fact that grandma who was so against them traveling that far away has now put this land on her bucket list and of course meeting her favorites. Ive made countless friends from there and the Phillipines ... Cloy will tear your heart out keep you laughing and made you wonder if destiny always finds a way. Ive come to look at these two as my own and Im sure Im not alone in my thoughts. thank you for this review on Cloy ,it needed to be done and even better for us in English.. I dont know if they will ever make a Cloy 2 but our hearts will always be vested in Hyun Bin and Son Ye Jin, on and off the screen....
Omg, I have found someone else who has watched this amazing drama as many times as me! My friends think I’m crazy, lol. I love this show, the soundtrack....and how in real life they got together ❤️❤️❤️. My favorite scenes start from where Captain Ri and Seri went to Pyongyang to get passport photos, and how he was stalking Seri while she was walking with Alberto....and how he got mad at her for not being in his line of sight. He basically showed his feelings for her, then they went to get beer and fried chicken and the lights go off and it starts to snow, and maybe being tipsy she admitted too that she “liked it.” That’s one of the best scenes. Also love their first real kiss in the hospital and how after Alberto takes Seri back to his secret house in the woods, how Captain Ri takes off looking for Seri, almost driving off the cliff. The music was amazing during that scene, it was so intense, really giving you the feeling that Captain Ri is desperately trying to find her. Also loved how Captain Ri “found” Seri in the streets of Seoul-really gave me all the feels 🥰 I mean, I love all of it, but I think episodes 5-9, where their feelings really develop and show through made it for me! ❤️❤️❤️
no hollywood movies has play with my senses and emotion like kdrama.. the depth and sensativity of characters. amazing actors and great script writer....first korean 💕👍👍👀
Se-ri on the outside looks like your normal chaebol heiress but it's on the inside you see why Captain Ri is so important to her. She grew up with practically no one to love her. That's what is missing in her. That's why she can't sleep well, doesn't eat well and has difficulty relaxing. She has fears of abandonment. She grew up with feeling towards her stepmother but not having them returned to her. Captain Ri reassures her that she is worth being loved and protected. And those things he gives her, she has never had before. And in return she gives him something back. She opens up his life to love when he had closed it off because of his brother's death. It's the emotional back story that makes their relationship work. It's not some bath bomb commercial. As for the ending, that's the way it is. He couldn't risk his life or hers by getting a burner phone to contact her. The two countries are apart. The series shows a glimpse of what it might be like one day if they were reconnected.
I never cry for a TV show, but OMG this drama made me cry like a baby! I cried the 4 times I wacht it 🙈 ... CLOY was my first K-drama, I dragged a bunch of my friends to wacht the show and they fell in love too 😍

Great show. I love the review here. Actually one of the most shocking thing I found out is that Son Ye-Jin is actually in her late 30's. I seriously thought she is in her early 20s. My god, I guess she is one of those people that just looks gorgeous at any age.
I basically watched this out of boredom and curiosity during quarantine (thank you Netflix) and now I’m deep in a k drama rabbit hole but seriously this drama set the bar way up high lol
I have watched CLOY 49 times The story is so unique and I now feel so connected to Hyun Bin and SonYe Bin in their personal videos Now having their baby son ,Alkong brings lots of excitement as we all wait to see a portrait of Alkong. . This drama has a multitude of emotional times that brings laughter and tears. I can’t go long without watching this 16 part series. I am a 79 yr.old widow and feel lonely and when I first watched it I felt I wanted to see more and so It started my love for the characters and it went to loving them in their personal lives❤❤❤❤❤❤
I was chopping onions while watching this kdrama. I love the main actress since seeing her in the classic. I think the most wrenching scenes was when he wouldn’t leave her side near the end when seyri was in a coma and of course when he crossed back to the south when seyri was running towards him with the guards drawing their guns on both sides
My favorite part of your review is when you say Y’all. Can’t take the southern away no matter what! I’m watching one of your recs. Legend of the deep blue sea. Doesn’t seem to be as good as CLOY but it’s cute. I like the actress from my sassy girl and I like the cameo by the actor from my sassy girl in LOTDBS. That part was hilarious.

Yes, it happend the same with me, I watched DOTS after CLOY and it's just not a perfect 10 like cloy. For me Crash Landing on you is the n°1 kdrama in my list
I did watched CLOY several times @Netflix and even my whole family members were hooked with the story and the character of Capt. Ri and Yoon Seri and it continued til their BTS and at present in their off cam. We love them so much.

I watched other kdrama but Im biased to say but CLOY is still the best and incomparable. Chemistry of the two leads is so good, hoping for them for another project together. ❤

Obviously, after the news came out about BinJin's confession that they fell in love after filming this drama made me go back to the endless interviews and BTS they had pre and post CLOY. CLOY was my very first KDrama to watch because of the lockdown in 2020 and I was addicted ever since not to mention that I was one of the die hard shippers of BinJin and like you, I have re-watched CLOY about 5x already. I'm still over the moon about their relationship. By the way, I also share the same sentiments about GOBLIN. It's on my top list as well. I will take your advise about the Legend of the Blue Sea. I will put it on my watch list. I haven't seen Descendants of the Sun either but after watching your review, I don't know if I should watch it or not. Anyway, my heart is fluttering again after I came across your channel because I love reliving the swoon worthy moments of CLOY! Thanks :-)
There's something about this KDRAMA that is felt but impossible to explain into words. First, it's a wonderful story. Second, the chemistry, the scenery, and the impeccable acting all worked in unison. Third, the side-stories were not distracting but very vital to the main story. Everything clicked. Fourth, it's a very very eerie metaphor for both actor's true "romance." It's kinda meta as both actors went through similar obstacles before finally revealing their romance. Perhaps a love-letter to eachother or a documentary of their romance to their future children? It's so strange but so sublime at the same time.

I want more people to watch CLOY so I can gush over it!! I just finished it for the 3rd time and it will not be my last viewing! My head canon is they were together after the rings. Also, I think they didn't have direct communication after he went back to NK to let the heat die down and not bring any attention to rule breaking by Ri Jeung Hyeuk. I also think as long as his parents are alive he wouldn't defect - and I don't know that NK citizens can just live outside the country, so the 2 week thing is the best they can do. Anywho, LOVE this show so much! It's so perfect!

You must watch "The Negotiation" movie. Hyun Bin looks the most handsome in this movie, he and Soo Ye Jin has a very strong chemistry as CLOY on this movie. They are awesome and the Negotiation movie is highly recommended.

I think a perfect ending where the two live together in Switzerland would actually contradict their personalities. Captain Ri has a very strong sense of responsibility for his family and his duties, so living overseas in the long term leaving his parents behind would almost for sure compromise his character. On the other hand, Seri is a very independent businesswoman and super committed and dedicated to the company which she fights for throughout the story, so surely she can't just cede her authority to someone else and move overseas leaving her promises to the company behind. So I think the ending of the story surely is not what we all want the most, but it is probably the most plausible one under the setting of their characters and the reality.
@@yn9229 The unrealistic ending of the drama well expressed the relationship between South Korea and North Korea. Romeo and Juliet had a relationship with hostile families, but the relationship between Jeong-hyeok and Serie is technically 'illegal'. Koreans sympathized with their sad ending.

@@Irmaodojorel212 i dropped it at episode 8.. The way they portrayed the patients with mental health problems in a caricaturish way didn't sit well with me.. It's Okay That's love is miles better and one of the best dramas ever.
3 days? Wo! I think it took me 5 days but just because I actually had to sleep and work! Favorite scene... so hard! One of them was when they are in her apt sitting in the floor eating and talking amps seemingly finally actually saying words about their feelings and intentions. When the ladies of the village discover the products that Seri has named after each of them - so sweet! When. Capt Ri finds out she has awoken from her coma and goes running to her... the end scene with the mountain picnic. When they figure out the strange coincidences of actually having met before in Switzerland. His song for his brother... so many!!
True! You have to watch descendants of the sun first before crash landing on you. Good thing i finished watching DOTS way back 2018! CLOY topped every kdrama for me. 💕 your feels for crashlanding on you is so me!
You've watched CLOY 4 times. I've seen it 8 times. Lol! But I forward to SYJ scenes. You described the show so perfectly. I've always heard kdrama so I decided to give it a try and loved it. I was glued to the show because the episodes got better and better. Since then I started digging up SYJ movies: The Last Princess, The Truth Beneath, April Snow, The Tower, A Moment To Remember. My wife, daughter snd myself were ecstatic when they became a couple. They look great together especially the walk in the park scene where SYJ was wearing green dress and looked stunning! HB was so handsome too with his gelled hair not like the typical Korean bangs. Can't wait for the wedding and the twins.
This one is easily in my top 3 K dramas, such a wonderful story, when you are meant to be with someone there is no stopping. Sadly real life isn't like that.

This was my first kdrama and I'm currently rewatching it and I never thought I'd rewatch a kdrama because this genre doesn't seem like rewatchable to me but CLOY is.. something else. Omg. The amount of times I cry watching CLOY
You will come to have a better understanding of the ending of this drama if you understand how North Korea operates. Jeonghyuk (a North Korean) and Seri (a South Korean)'s being able to spend two weeks together a year is actually a MIRACLE. It's extremely tough to make this happen. It's possible for Seri to go to Switzerland anytime since South Koreans have all the freedom to do whatever they want; but, North Koreans do not live with such freedom. North Koreans' lives are highly controlled or dictated by their government. So, Jeonghyuk is not in a position to just get on the plane and head off to Switzerland whenever he wants to see Seri.
if you haven't, you should watch hi bye mama! i've literally never cried so much watching a drama, like i cried 14 out of 16 episodes, but its a really good drama

I've been seeing portions of Kdramas before because some of my relatives are so into it but it really does not interest me at all until I saw Hyun Bin's picture in Netflix for Crash Landing on You. I've finished the series in 3 days then proceeded on my second viewing then Memories of Alhambra then Rampart since those are in Netflix. I then searched for Hyun Bin's other dramas and movies in other sites and now I watched all his videos in youtube. He is so handsome and at the same time an excellent actor that is so mesmerizing to watch. I tried watching other kdramas but I only get to watch 1-3 episodes because I'm missing Hyun Bin. So far, the non-Hyun Bin starrer Kdramas that I finished are Hotel Del Luna, Goblin, Kingdom 1 & 2 and Was it Love. Now. I'm back to watching English series although there are some Kdramas that I'm intending to watch like Start-Up and Do Do Sol.... CLOY converted a lot of people into Kdrama lovers including me.

No matter how many dramas i watched after, this still is the best in my heart. Yes you are also right, i find Descendant Of the Sun quite mehhh and not as great as i thought, in comparison to CLOY. Unfortunately, Jessica couldn't understand what meant or what villain's background is from Kkotjebi meant in North Korea. The reason that the Kkotjebi means that he was an orphan to die of starvation, and that he grew up as a human being who had no choice but to do anything to survive by himself. Lee Jung-hyuk is the only son of North Korea's highest ranking (5th in power) general political bureau chief, and his status is as different as heaven and earth. Had Jessica understood the peculiarities of North Korean society, he would have been able to accept the necessity of the villain more.
Crash Landing On You Changed my life going forward. 10000% It hit like a Meteor crying tears of joy and love. I really dont like subtitles CLOY Changed that for life I have now watched Cloy twice in 2 months. Along with Watching at least 15 other Series now I did not know what I was missing. I almost took my life a few years back and this show is one of those shows I am so happy To still be alive to witness this breathtaking show. This is one of my top 3 shows all time in my 52 yrs of TV! so many Emotions and inspiring stories

I heard that the ending was ambiguous for foreign viewers. However, for me as a Korean, the ending of the drama was sadder than 'Romeo and Juliet' because it is actually 'unachievable love'. When Jeonghyeok and Seri had a brief meeting in Switzerland...I understood that it was a relationship where no promises could be made to each other. Unless Korea is reunified, they cannot get married until they die of old age, and they cannot make a proof of love. There are many elderly Koreans who still have family members in North Korea. They talk about the family remaining in North Korea on the anniversary, saying, "I wonder if my parents are alive, and I'm worried about whether they are living well." So, as a Korean, the ending of 'CLOY' is sadder.

So the foundation might send invitation to JH, and JH somehow get permission to travel (which would be very very hard) ; so the story goes.... It makes sense to those who knows North Korea. The writer is not dumb.

Cloy is the best and Im probably the oddest fan since Im 74 and a former hallmark addict.. This is my one year anniversary of watching k dramas and Cloy was my second . It has not been my last but its the only one that i watch at least once weekly no matter what else is on. Ive driven my friends and family crazy trying to keep up with these actors and and anything written on them. The entire cast is fantastic .. I had one connection to South korea , My grandson and his wife lived there teaching english in Seoul. They are enjoying the fact that grandma who was so against them traveling that far away has now put this land on her bucket list and of course meeting her favorites. Ive made countless friends from there and the Phillipines ... Cloy will tear your heart out keep you laughing and made you wonder if destiny always finds a way. Ive come to look at these two as my own and Im sure Im not alone in my thoughts. thank you for this review on Cloy ,it needed to be done and even better for us in English.. I dont know if they will ever make a Cloy 2 but our hearts will always be vested in Hyun Bin and Son Ye Jin, on and off the screen....

Omg, I have found someone else who has watched this amazing drama as many times as me! My friends think I’m crazy, lol. I love this show, the soundtrack....and how in real life they got together ❤️❤️❤️.
My favorite scenes start from where Captain Ri and Seri went to Pyongyang to get passport photos, and how he was stalking Seri while she was walking with Alberto....and how he got mad at her for not being in his line of sight. He basically showed his feelings for her, then they went to get beer and fried chicken and the lights go off and it starts to snow, and maybe being tipsy she admitted too that she “liked it.” That’s one of the best scenes.
Also love their first real kiss in the hospital and how after Alberto takes Seri back to his secret house in the woods, how Captain Ri takes off looking for Seri, almost driving off the cliff. The music was amazing during that scene, it was so intense, really giving you the feeling that Captain Ri is desperately trying to find her.
Also loved how Captain Ri “found” Seri in the streets of Seoul-really gave me all the feels 🥰
I mean, I love all of it, but I think episodes 5-9, where their feelings really develop and show through made it for me! ❤️❤️❤️

Saying that I literally bawled my eyes out during this kdrama is an understatement
Se-ri on the outside looks like your normal chaebol heiress but it's on the inside you see why Captain Ri is so important to her. She grew up with practically no one to love her. That's what is missing in her. That's why she can't sleep well, doesn't eat well and has difficulty relaxing. She has fears of abandonment. She grew up with feeling towards her stepmother but not having them returned to her. Captain Ri reassures her that she is worth being loved and protected. And those things he gives her, she has never had before. And in return she gives him something back. She opens up his life to love when he had closed it off because of his brother's death. It's the emotional back story that makes their relationship work. It's not some bath bomb commercial. As for the ending, that's the way it is. He couldn't risk his life or hers by getting a burner phone to contact her. The two countries are apart. The series shows a glimpse of what it might be like one day if they were reconnected.
I never cry for a TV show, but OMG this drama made me cry like a baby! I cried the 4 times I wacht it 🙈 ... CLOY was my first K-drama, I dragged a bunch of my friends to wacht the show and they fell in love too 😍

I have watched CLOY 49 times The story is so unique and I now feel so connected to Hyun Bin and SonYe Bin in their personal videos Now having their baby son ,Alkong brings lots of excitement as we all wait to see a portrait of Alkong. . This drama has a multitude of emotional times that brings laughter and tears. I can’t go long without watching this 16 part series. I am a 79 yr.old widow and feel lonely and when I first watched it I felt I wanted to see more and so It started my love for the characters and it went to loving them in their personal lives❤❤❤❤❤❤

I was chopping onions while watching this kdrama. I love the main actress since seeing her in the classic. I think the most wrenching scenes was when he wouldn’t leave her side near the end when seyri was in a coma and of course when he crossed back to the south when seyri was running towards him with the guards drawing their guns on both sides

CLOY was my very first KDrama to watch because of the lockdown in 2020 and I was addicted ever since not to mention that I was one of the die hard shippers of BinJin and like you, I have re-watched CLOY about 5x already. I'm still over the moon about their relationship. By the way, I also share the same sentiments about GOBLIN. It's on my top list as well. I will take your advise about the Legend of the Blue Sea. I will put it on my watch list. I haven't seen Descendants of the Sun either but after watching your review, I don't know if I should watch it or not. *hands down my favorite k-drama this year.*
There's something about this KDRAMA that is felt but impossible to explain into words. First, it's a wonderful story. Second, the chemistry, the scenery, and the impeccable acting all worked in unison. Third, the side-stories were not distracting but very vital to the main story. Everything clicked. Fourth, it's a very very eerie metaphor for both actor's true "romance." It's kinda meta as both actors went through similar obstacles before finally revealing their romance. Perhaps a love-letter to eachother or a documentary of their romance to their future children? It's so strange but so sublime at the same time.
I loved this review! This was my first k-drama and I cant think of a better drama to start with!( maybe only goblin) It is beyond perfect! Love from Italy ❤️

I want more people to watch CLOY so I can gush over it!! I just finished it for the 3rd time and it will not be my last viewing! My head canon is they were together after the rings. Also, I think they didn't have direct communication after he went back to NK to let the heat die down and not bring any attention to rule breaking by Ri Jeung Hyeuk. I also think as long as his parents are alive he wouldn't defect - and I don't know that NK citizens can just live outside the country, so the 2 week thing is the best they can do. Anywho, LOVE this show so much! It's so perfect!

You must watch "The Negotiation" movie. Hyun Bin looks the most handsome in this movie, he and Soo Ye Jin has a very strong chemistry as CLOY on this movie. They are awesome and the Negotiation movie is highly recommended.

두번째로 서양인이 좋아하고 안좋아하고 라는 관점 역시 스스로 주제 파악을 못하는 겁니다. 왜 서양인의 관점에 의해 작품이 졸작이니 아니니가 평가되어야 합니까? 지나친 열등감에 사로잡혀 사는 주제에 어디에 졸작이니 그따위 평가를 합니까? 다른 작품들을 평가하기 이전에 주제파악을 좀 하시길.
더군다다 서양인이든 동양인이든 사람들은 각자 취향에 차이가 날 수 있습니다. 서양인 중에도 좋아하는 사람이 있고 좋아하지 않는 사람이 있죠. 객관적인 평가라는 것은 한 개인의 평가가 아니라 여러 사람들의 종합적인 평가가 되어야 합니다.

I think a perfect ending where the two live together in Switzerland would actually contradict their personalities. Captain Ri has a very strong sense of responsibility for his family and his duties, so living overseas in the long term leaving his parents behind would almost for sure compromise his character. On the other hand, Seri is a very independent businesswoman and super committed and dedicated to the company which she fights for throughout the story, so surely she can't just cede her authority to someone else and move overseas leaving her promises to the company behind. So I think the ending of the story surely is not what we all want the most, but it is probably the most plausible one under the setting of their characters and the reality.
Honestly I loved the drama so much the plot just amazing but I didn’t like the ending,,, it just felt so unrealistic and forced imo...
@@yn9229 The unrealistic ending of the drama well expressed the relationship between South Korea and North Korea. Romeo and Juliet had a relationship with hostile families, but the relationship between Jeong-hyeok and Serie is technically 'illegal'. Koreans sympathized with their sad ending.

3 days? Wo! I think it took me 5 days but just because I actually had to sleep and work! Favorite scene... so hard! One of them was when they are in her apt sitting in the floor eating and talking amps seemingly finally actually saying words about their feelings and intentions. When the ladies of the village discover the products that Seri has named after each of them - so sweet! When. Capt Ri finds out she has awoken from her coma and goes running to her... the end scene with the mountain picnic. When they figure out the strange coincidences of actually having met before in Switzerland. His song for his brother... so many!!
My first K Drama, led me to K Pop, and then your channel. Lol there is no going back!!! 😂😂😂😂

You've watched CLOY 4 times. I've seen it 8 times. Lol! But I forward to SYJ scenes. You described the show so perfectly. I've always heard kdrama so I decided to give it a try and loved it. I was glued to the show because the episodes got better and better. Since then I started digging up SYJ movies: The Last Princess, The Truth Beneath, April Snow, The Tower, A Moment To Remember. My wife, daughter snd myself were ecstatic when they became a couple. They look great together especially the walk in the park scene where SYJ was wearing green dress and looked stunning! HB was so handsome too with his gelled hair not like the typical Korean bangs. Can't wait for the wedding and the twins.
This one is easily in my top 3 K dramas, such a wonderful story, when you are meant to be with someone there is no stopping. Sadly real life isn't like that.
Hyun Bin and Son Ye Jin have such palpable chemistry. It’s just so natural and effortless. They look so gorgeous. Both are superb actors as well.

This was my first kdrama and I'm currently rewatching it and I never thought I'd rewatch a kdrama because this genre doesn't seem like rewatchable to me but CLOY is.. something else. Omg. The amount of times I cry watching CLOY

You will come to have a better understanding of the ending of this drama if you understand how North Korea operates. Jeonghyuk (a North Korean) and Seri (a South Korean)'s being able to spend two weeks together a year is actually a MIRACLE. It's extremely tough to make this happen. It's possible for Seri to go to Switzerland anytime since South Koreans have all the freedom to do whatever they want; but, North Koreans do not live with such freedom. North Koreans' lives are highly controlled or dictated by their government. So, Jeonghyuk is not in a position to just get on the plane and head off to Switzerland whenever he wants to see Seri.
if you haven't, you should watch hi bye mama! i've literally never cried so much watching a drama, like i cried 14 out of 16 episodes, but its a really good drama

I've been seeing portions of Kdramas before because some of my relatives are so into it but it really does not interest me at all until I saw Hyun Bin's picture in Netflix for Crash Landing on You. I've finished the series in 3 days then proceeded on my second viewing then Memories of Alhambra then Rampart since those are in Netflix. I then searched for Hyun Bin's other dramas and movies in other sites and now I watched all his videos in youtube. He is so handsome and at the same time an excellent actor that is so mesmerizing to watch. I tried watching other kdramas but I only get to watch 1-3 episodes because I'm missing Hyun Bin. So far, the non-Hyun Bin starrer Kdramas that I finished are Hotel Del Luna, Goblin, Kingdom 1 & 2 and Was it Love. Now. I'm back to watching English series although there are some Kdramas that I'm intending to watch like Start-Up and Do Do Sol.... CLOY converted a lot of people into Kdrama lovers including me.

OMG. You speak for me so perfectly. CLOY was my very first Kdrama during the quarantine and i am glad it left such a good impressions on Kdrama and now i am watching many many more. No matter how many dramas i watched after, this still is the best in my heart. Yes you are also right, i find Descendant Of the Sun quite mehhh and not as great as i thought, in comparison to CLOY. But then again, nothing really top this drama anyways. Thanks for such a great review, you are soooo pretty and i cant take my eyes off you. Love your reactions on BTS too. Unfortunately, Jessica couldn't understand what meant or what villain's background is from Kkotjebi meant in North Korea. The reason that the Kkotjebi means that he was an orphan to die of starvation, and that he grew up as a human being who had no choice but to do anything to survive by himself. Lee Jung-hyuk is the only son of North Korea's highest ranking (5th in power) general political bureau chief, and his status is as different as heaven and earth. Had Jessica understood the peculiarities of North Korean society, he would have been able to accept the necessity of the villain more.

Crash Landing On You Changed my life going forward. 10000% It hit like a Meteor crying tears of joy and love. I really dont like subtitles CLOY Changed that for life I have now watched Cloy twice in 2 months. Along with Watching at least 15 other Series now I did not know what I was missing. I almost took my life a few years back and this show is one of those shows I am so happy To still be alive to witness this breathtaking show. This is one of my top 3 shows all time in my 52 yrs of TV! so many Emotions and inspiring stories
