Hi Zubin, Thanks for sharing this knowledge. I just want to let you know that I have seen one more way of writing p where the person starts from the midpoint of the alphabet draws a semicircle and completes the line from top to bottom, any idea what it means?
For the explanation of the formation you are suggesting please send a pic of it to atozgraphology@gmail.com I will be able understand your query better and explain properly. Regards, - ZHV.

Hi Zubin, Can you please tell me what the 'p' with cover stroke and closed loop means when it is leaning to the left like it is falling backwards? Thanks
Hi, Zubin! Your vedios are so awesome. But I have cursive writing and my loop in p is never closed. Infact it is a sort of hump in the middle line slightly moving to the upper line. Do you have any idea what this means.
If the open cursive 'p' is in connection with a letter after it, then it shows good flow of thought and physical energy. If however it is not connected to the next letter or is the last letter of the word, it may indicate loss of physical energy. - ZHV.
Hello, you didn't discuss the letter p where the upper end of the semi circle comes on the left side of the vertical bar. What would that depict? That the writer's body internally is ready for action before he/she has to do it?

Dear Sir, I have seen someone writing the letter p, which has a horizontal dash at the end of the stem below in the left. I have checked it, it is not surely felons claws. Will you please guide me..What does it actually mean?
Loop can either mean complication or creativity. It depends on the letter and position of it. This is not easy to explain in a comment. - Zubin Vevaina.
If you recreate letters as you learned in class as a child, I think all it demonstrates is that you are conformist and compliant, and it’s all in varying from the standard in which you were trained that the significances beyond that can arise and be interpreted. I doubt if anyone is out there drawing letters precisely as taught, though. I have been told that loops and flourishes used to be signs of masculinity in handwriting, because they allowed men to show off their creativity and skill, but by the time I learned cursive those had become signs of effeminate style, because they are inessential. It sounded insulting at the time, but now I see how silly it becomes if a hen begins strutting like a peacock. It not only wouldn’t impress, but it would be basically pointless because she doesn’t have to do these things and is just creating work for herself. Supposedly the fatter the loops the more manly your handwriting would have appeared, because it gave the effect of a sturdy column versus a feeble twig if you simply wrote with basic lines. I found it interesting to consider, but I only have someone else’s word for it.

Sir, please tell what is the significance when a person writes 'p' always covering upper & middle zone, be it a capital or a small 'p'?
