    Inna, I found your channel and realize how good and clear you are at teaching. Subscribed! My grandparents spoke Ukrainian in the Austro Hungarian area of Galicia. Family currently living in Stryj. I would like to learn their language. Starting now!

    I'm going to try and learn this language because there is a ukrainian refugee joining our school. I feel like the only way to make him feel at home is to accommodate to him as best I can

    Hello Inna, first and foremost you are gorgeous! Second, thank you for these amazing videos. I have the desire to learn Ukrainian and have been using DuoLingo but I needed to hear explanations and I found you on UA-cam!! You speak and explain it so well. I appreciate the pace and pronunciation of each word. Also the words in both languages on the screen helps SO much!! I can't wait to dive into this beautiful language and culture. I look forward to watching every one of your videos and soon signing up for your beginner Ukrainian course!

    “Ukrainian with Inna” Before it became “Speak Ukrainian” ! The consistency in quality and output of your videos over the years is so impressive! And you are always improving, like with the evolution of the name. Bravo!

    Thank you so much for these. I’m just starting with this video but I’ve been using Duolingo for a few weeks and they don’t really provide grammatical rule explanation.

    Quick question, for “They are very good people”, would the correct translation rather be “ Вони дуже чудові люди.”?

    When to use Moya and moi for My. Is it different for female and male? If we want to say My Father and My Mother.

    Can I use вони as a singular pronoun to respect someone as trans/non-binary?

    • @SpeakUkrainian
      @SpeakUkrainian  3 роки тому +3

      No, then we need to say “воно”.
      “Вони” is a always a plural pronoun.
