He is a 4* character, so you can get him anytime 😊 You have a better chance of getting him when he is featured among the rate up 4*s on certain limited banners ☺️ 4* characters are also available in the shop periodically as well, so you can also get him there sooner or later 😁 I hope he will come home to you soon! 😊🤞🏻💖
