The commentary is on point, neighbours give points to neighbours, no matter if the song sucks but just to avoid war. That's how it still is in 2021.
It is not, some do, many don't. Otherwise Portugal or the Netherlands would have never won, nor would Finland in 2006. If you state something do not generalise.
i cant believe we ( ireland ) did so well this year, i didnt think are song would be so televote friendly, i can only imagine how we would have done if it was 50/50

In 2006 should have been when Spain didn't get any points from Andorra and not how it happened in 2007. Our song was a rubbish with low-life lyrics that year, and deserved the last place with null points.
