My name is Rumy, and I enjoyed very much your presentation. Your teachings are like a lamp illuminating our pathways so that we can see introspectively into ourselves. After we see our shortcomings, and spiritual limitations to change ourselves, then, we send our baggage to our loving Savior with prayers of humility asking Him to transform us into His likeness. Amen!!

Thank you! Love your conversation! At 60 it seems I’m not as good at remembering as I used to-it’s very disconcerting. But am progressing in my understanding of Gods beautiful character and my understanding of scripture accordingly.

There's a HUGE difference between anti-psychotic medication and those used for the treatment of anxiety and/or depression, Ty. Equating a mood disorder with severe mental illnesses creates a stigma which can cause depressed/anxious people to avoid seeking help.

Thank you for that important clarification. As mentioned in the live session, we encourage anyone concerned about their mental health to seek the help they need from the professionals that are most qualified to support their healing and recovery.

What does it mean to submit to Christ?

So we let the church sin... I don't get how to love and not correct my brother or sister when they sin. Please explain it to me 🙏🏼🙏🏼

Actually, I hear you saying what they're saying ...correction should be in Love.
For when I seek to correct in love, I seek the spirit first, humbly, and diligently to expose and guide my motives and movements. To have God's right words, to have His timing, and to make sure it's me who should be speaking, as it could be someone else with a closer relationship. I do this , because I know there is no power in my words alone, in my correction, in my timing.. everything I do, say and think must be in step with God's words, His timing, His correction. Knowing that the Spirit is the only One who ultimately convicts our hearts and provides our ability to truly change. It is because I know my brother or sister's empowerment and Victory in Christ, over all things, is the ultimate goal , that I make sure that I understand my role in God's correction plan, and that it's not my own correction plan.
One thing I've learned and loved about God's desire to use us in touching each other's lives, is that ALL involved are touched and have their weaknesses strengthened in the process.

Maybe let the Holy Spirit work on them

@@juliemorse6658pray and allow the Holy Spirit to impress on them their error and ask the Holy Spirit to help you understand how to help them to overcome or change their situation not by confrontation. Ty says it well by saying do not “tinker with them . “ Your example will change them more. Be what you want them to emulate but be sure you are right in what you are doing.
