With my first daughter (nearly 8 years ago) I stayed incredibly fit and then my second (she’s 12 months now) I wasn’t as mindful and aware of my changing body. Now, as I contemplate having a third in the next year or so, you have motivated me to maintain my health in my potential third pregnancy. I also wanted to say that I had two 100% natural labor and deliveries and I just know that yours with your bubs is gonna go beautifully! I can just feel it!
