I have a question on number 3. Does it mean that if we are under contract and fells through is the seller obligated to pay to the buyer's agent even if that contract is terminated and if we get under contract with a new buyer? It says "in no event shall the term extend past the termination date of Seller's broker's current listing of the property"? Does it mean if my listing is for 1 year, is this buyer's broker compensation agreement valid while my listing agreement is still active? Dont know if I explain it clearly.. I have that doubt
