The most complete documentary on the Battle of the Wildness. And all the details are just marvelous. Thank you Dr. Wilder. 💯👊👍💕
A 3-hour documentary. Man, that's something. Well done.
I live in Spotsy. Old Telegraph Rd. If you know the history here you swim in it. So much activity happened under our feet if you know where you are. So many battles toward Richmond. Pavement is winning so much these days. Thank Heaven we saved alot too see and ponder.
As with all your others, this was an outstanding documentary, and its longer length and details made it even better and one I’m sure I will be viewing multiple times.
Thank you for all your hard work to bring this, as well as all your other videos, to us. Cheers!
My favorite civil war campaign, this was a great coverage

My favorite event in history. Thank you!!
Bravo! Totally awesome!
Awesome doc as ever sir !
I just took a quick look at Upton's career, and apparently he was the best thing to happen tu the US army during and shortly after this conflict. Such a pity he died so young...
...a bloodbath...
That's respect lee showed grant to fight defensively from the wildernesses to petersburg, hat off to lee for staying in the fight and not trying to attack grant being defensively smart kept the war going a year longer than it should have been. I would have really loved to see an open battle between them though.
Do one for Richard Yule too
Imagine if the texas boys didn't save the day, the campaign would have been much shorter. Grant should have taken personal command going through meade slowed down communications which means his movements were slow and it gave lee time to pick the field of battle and great defensive positions in a country he knew like the back of his hand.
