    Good Predictions, but still rates are higher in DHA 5 Islamabad so money will stuck up for 4 to 5 years. Invest wisely

    Although u have discussed all challenges to DHA Islamabad, however u have forgot to mention impact of fake housing schemes and down ward trend of Behria town on DHA.we are well aware that DHA has always maintained transparency in transfer and possession of plot to the owners.therefore DHA will definitely attract customer in 2024.

      @@PropertyGupshup Secondly a large number of uneducated overseas population tend to migrate towards urban areas for education of their children.Therefore , demand of real estate in Pakistan will never decrease.

      @@amershahzad2174 True. Those who say real estate is dead in Pakistan should understand this point. There is still alot of rural to urban migration left.

    Election will not increase any inflows to Real Estate ... Increasing Energy cost will keep impacting pockets of people ( GST on Petrol is still to be added, Agriculture tax is still to be added, and Shop Taxes will be added soon too )... Pakistani's were enjoying subsidies a lot and now IMF and friendly countries don't want to entertain us anymore ...

      @@PropertyGupshup yes ... and it will restructure the whole economy ... High inflation will cause small houses (flats) , small cars, and small families .. .. IMF wants to increase tax to GDP from 12% to 15% ( that means remove 25% o money from market ) ...Tough Times Ahead ...
