The woman in the video as (I've already said above) is playing the The Jaw harp, also known as jew's harp, juice harp, or mouth harp. It's a lamellophone instrument, consisting of a flexible metal or bamboo tongue or reed attached to a frame. The pitch of the overtones produced by the reed are changed the shape of the mouth and thereby play melodies. I've played this instrument since I was a child.

They have a culture that moves so they live in felt yurts and migrate with their herds and camels. Their unique instruments also imitate nature sounds.
There are a couple other cultures that sing this way.
