you cannot go wrong with adobo as long as you have complete ingredients,it doesnt matter if you sautee garlic and onion or just put them all together,it will still taste the same😆

Nag work din ako sa UAE as housekeeper noong 90s..at ang employer ko ay mga kilalang pamilya sa UAE.. Napansin ko sa loob ng 5yrs kong trabaho sa kanila ay ang baba ng mga tingin nila sa ibang lahi.. Kahit yung mga kamag anak at kakilala nila. Salamat naman at may mga kagaya nyo na tinatrato ang kasambahay as member ng family.. ❤❤

So many ways you can cook abodo I will start with adobong sitaw , Adobong eggplant , adobong manok ,pork ,beef, goat . My favorite is the pork Adobong puti.
