    For the last six months I was doing your wonderful 10 min breathing sessions.     hi! first of all, hank you for the great lessons, and secondly, i have a question: just how much must i exhale on the long hold? must it be that i exhale every little droplet of air, as if before doing a vacuum? i usually leave just a little air for the first one, and for the next two exhale as much as possible. Just wondering if there is a right way to do it. Peace
