My phone had this issues as well and I took it to a cellphone repair and one description they knew what the problem is and it was the wifi IC. It's a tiny chip behind your phone so they need to open your phone and find a similar chip that would work on your phone.
Mine was fixed after 3 hours of working and I saw how they fixed it so no scams or rerepairs.

Identifique que el bluetooth que tengo tiene daño de fabrica al igual que el wifi. Nada que hacer. Alguien sabe como desactivar esa notificación molesta que aparece cada 30 segundos que dice bluetooth se detuvo. Solo quiero ocultarlo sin activar modo avion que si funciona.
