@startingoverbygrace I wished Native Instrument would support the channel. i tried many times to get in contact with them about some videos, reviews and tutorials…
Thanks for creating this video Leo. I think Cubasis is a great app but I need to learn the DAWs that I already have before I try to learn another. I personally feel the same way about synths.
Yes i can understand that, I hesitated a bit to upload this video as I didn’t know if people would be interested, let’s see… there is so much choice now on the mobile platform…
@@soundformoreThat is good! I love that more Daws are becoming available because it’s pushing the competition. It may make Intua Beatmaker 3 step its game up or Fl Studio mobile start realizing its potential. 😑
Leo - Thanks for this video. i have been working with PC DAWS for 30 years and 2 years ago have been transitioning to iOS. My main issue with iOS is that I can't create the same work flow that I have with Studio One (and Cakewalk/Sonar before that). I have Cubasis 3 (and several other iOS "DAWs"), but have never been able to feel comfortable using them. I'm sure you were hoping for more interest than just mine, but if you do decide to continue, I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks!
Sounds great, Leo. Cubasis is my go-to for serious DAW work; I still love AUM for creating something on the fly and sometimes even for bringing things into Cubasis. I still have a lot to learn, though.
Very well done! I could have used this when I was getting started with Cubasis 3, but it's good to look at a few things I haven't used or have forgotten about, as well.😊
@@soundformore Yes! Absolutely! When I want to know about an app, whether I'm somewhat familiar with it already or not, I always check to see if you've made a playlist about it! Your tutorials are the most thorough and detailed I know of.
got my keyboard hooked up into the usb c port on my tablet I can see it in the mixer moving up and down as I play so I know it is working , I just need to learn and know how to record my keyboard only going into Cubasis 3 ? is there a video some were that explains this ?
@@soundformore casio ct-s1 I'm lost on how to get it to record the keyboard ? I see it is working and hear it is working but with the sounds effects cubasis 3 has , I only want cubasis 3 to record what the keyboard has or what ever else I connect to it .
@eddyhaze8239 when you say record only what they keyboard has, do you mean the audio coming from the keyboard, right? Not just what midi keys are pressed?
Does Cubasis have “Crossfading” yet? This is something that many users would regard as a necessity. I guess that maybe it is asking too much for an IPad app.
Yes, we definitely need a full set of tutorials for Cubasis - it’s still one of the top DAW’s on iOS.
Thanks
Facts bro
👍👍
Totally agree if Steinberg continues to maintain these updates. I wish Native Instruments would do the same with their Maschine app/DAW as well.

This new series will be great, Leo. A series covering how to use all the functions of Cubasis will be helpful to so many people. Thanks!
Great thank you David…
Thanks!
👍👍
Yes, please keep up the good work with this tutorial.
Ok thanks
Yes please continue the series!!!
Ok thanks
Love this tutorial and looking forward to more!
Great
Perfect timing!
I've bought Cubasis a few weeks ago and this tutorial comes as really in handy.
Great

@@jjbing3 yes I am disappointed with the level of updates for BM3… also in my view FL Studio Mobile has a long way to go still…

Thank you, yes it takes a bit of time to get adjusted, but I myself have the opposite problem now…

I have yet to get the workaround using AUM after a few years of purchasing it. It's for sure collected digital dust on the digital shelf. LOL
Thanks Leo

Definitely a good idea, Cubasis is great. I’m sure I haven’t fully discovered the more advanced features of the app, so I’m interested 😀
Ok thanks
309 views in one day. That’s a great number. Don’t you agree
Yes, thank you all

Tutorials are coming in that too… I will cover all the functionalities 😀

how can i use 6/8? Please 🙏 the number below couldn't change for me. only the upper one can change.
Not possible yet, the only workaround is to use 3/4 at the moment…

Still manual as far as I know…
Hey, is this app good for Android devices?? Btw does it have monthly based subscription or one-time purchase???
One time purchase for cubasis with add-ons
Its worth buying on android? You can record playing instrument ?
Yes, as long as you like how it works..
I haven’t used it since Logic came out. There really isn’t any comparison.
There are still things Cubasis can do that Logic cannot particularly around Midi…
@soundformore Logic Pro for iPad keeps your MIDI hostage - you cannot export it for use in another DAW.
@jbognap and a lot of other things missing too… i hope Apple updates it otherwise they will loose another subscription…
But Logic is only subscription based. And for me, as a casual user, that is a no-go.
I understand that, and so far as the time of writing this message Apple has not done enough for me to update Logic to demand a subscription…
