hmm I actually didn't know that special 2 only had 1 prefect release. I thought it was 2 that why I never got into right.
The first one though is second nature to me now, I hardly slow down time tbh.

Sp3 doesn't need perfect release
I may be wrong but as far as I remember It does need perfect release for an additional bonus passive buff, it was either cruelty or or precision I think 🤔
I tried throwing sp3 without perfect bonus, and I remember getting only 1 passive after it
Whereas when I obtained perfect bonus, I got two different passive buffs. That is what I remember 🤔
