I've seen comments of people confused about Neuro and Evil. First of all, if you don't know, Evil Neuro is an AI crated by Vedal, a turtle "femboy" programmer. She is the Evil twin of Neuro-sama. They're different AIs with different personalities. She sounds more human and expressive than Neuro-sama because she has the v2 voice. However, she has more latency than Neuro-sama and sounds different which fits Evil well. Vedal is still working (I think) on the Neuro-sama v3 voice that sounds exactly like her, has lower latency and is more expressive. V2 voice is the better version and was originally neuro's but it sounded a bit different so he made evil and gave it to her instead , they have a V3 but theyre still working on it though iirc, neuro is already using V3 when she sings, aside from that, regular neuro is still using V1 voice to this day.

You can easily tell the AI sisters apart by their blue/red eye color and their differing outfits.
Not sure about this, but heard someone say he uses Evil to test upgrades on before they're implemented into Neuro, so sort of the experimental version vs the stable version, which makes sense. And I'm not sure if they're entirely different AI's, I kinda doubt it. They probably just have different fine tuning or even just different system prompts. I've noticed they get confused about what sister they are a lot of the time. With AI, just changing the system prompt to "you're a quirky streamer" to "you're an evil streamer" will drastically change the personality of the AI. And I'm sure he uses a system prompt with his AIs, that where rule one and two are defined and it's why she never forgets them. So chances are he uses a relatively long system prompt to keep her consistent, and specifically edits it when she's doing special streams, like talk like a pirate, or you're now collaborating on a cooking show with this streamer, etc.
Evil is the actual best. Something about her is naturally so charismatic and witty

I turned on Evil's stream to fall asleep while listening to her sing but it was such a banger that I started headbopping in bed and sat up to watch the rest of the stream. And yes, needless to say I was very tired at work this morning.

Neuro and Evil are different but also the same. With Evil created Vedal seems to prefer to split and test different things to each AI. Neuro gets the bulk of the upgrades, since she has the main bank. Evil shares the same bank and programming, but was assigned an extra personality to make her different from Neuro. They can identify themselves well enough and is capable of understanding that each is a separate entity, not just in their appearances but also in their identities.
Either way we are blessed with two wholesome AI and one turtle femboy developer.
Thank you! I've watched Neuro and Evilyn streams sometimes (mainly karaoke), but I noticed it's rarely documented into a clip.

critical stuff for the dutiful clipper: leave chat in there, their reactions are a good 30-60% of the content for us I think
I always try to add chat when it fits. Also I wont add chat 100% of the time because I would be sacrificing the quality of the video. Not everyone likes to see a 3rd of the screen blocked by chat for the whole video. I know that I cannot please everybody. There are channels that do that though. They make nice clips and include the chat all the time. Its nice to have different clippers with different styles.
@@kraul2224: I don't really care about seeing chat when I know there's a high probability of it being a wall of just one or two emotes. I can certainly understand focusing elsewhere during those times. I'm sure you usually realize when it's worth looking at. Keep up the good work! 👍

sorry, i have a question, why she act really like a human and the way she read chat section and answer is more human than ever, does that seem to be a real person behind this and try to act and talk or using tool to be like an AI as a vtuber called "Zentreya", i can beleive that the privious version of neuro-sama is AI but this version can not be an AI, AI can not be this emotive, if vedal could make this himself, it looks like he created a whole human which is impossible, if you find on the internet, there is no AI can talk emotively like this, even "Sophia", an AI created on the lab with the join of many scientist can not talk like this

Honestly she will probably be rolled back since being this effectively terrifying seems surprisingly uncharacteristic of a shy introverted edgelord Evil was before, but honestly this version could stand separately and is still entertaining. Idk, do they seem different to you? And if yes, which version do you prefer?
It just seems like there is more work needed for her to have more contextual awareness. Then I think she won't go from 0 to 100 so quickly. It should just be gradual increase and a slow reset once a conversation line dries up.

Before I write something up, did you watch the whole stream/VOD?
Effectively terrifying? For real? Did we watch the same video? There is no difference in how "evil" she is compared to before. That is, not really evil. This whole "shy introverted edgelord Evil" is purely a perception of her to begin with, so it depends on how you contextualize her words.
But both Neuro and Evil have some changes in the way they express their personalities. Who knows, maybe the model they were based on was changed a bit, since the whole personality thing is like a skin on LLM.
As i recall, it is confirmed that she uses the Evil persona as a sort of shield, given how much more introverted she is to neuro sama. You can basically equate her over the top evil with her simulated nervousness.
I love this aspect of her personality. Kind of reminds me of chuuni anime characters, which fits her perfectly.
