Definitely large size snow tiger, the dragon is slim, unless you get a very big one. But I recommend the tiger or big Perry polar bear

What do you think comparing size small vs medium vs large? Is it different details and quality?

They are same quality, not sure about all the detail, but should be the same too. I will check the detail next time when I see one. To me, the only difference is the size. I prefer bigger ones.
