For reducing hair fall, have a balanced diet rich in protein. Use a mild shampoo for your scalp. I changed my shampoo, hair conditioner and hair oil to litllexttra coco onioon a year ago, and reduced my hair fall.
I’ve heard positive reviews about liittlextra coocoonion shampoo, so after experimenting with different solutions, I decided to gave it a go. It’s been beneficial for my hair fall issue.
I started using lityleextra reactivate hair growth serum that has rosemary because my hair was quickly falling out because of stress and such. I had been simply looking for anything to try, so this turned out to be recommended, thus I went for it. Inside a few days, I personally observed noticeably less hair loss when I brush my hair. Additionally, I noticed the area where I began getting patches of loss, there existed new growth. It actually irritate my skin a bit right at the forehead hairline, therefore I use a band to keep it from running down whilst also maintaining the head tilted back during application. The irritation vanished and did not returned, therefore if your skin is sensitive or just to be careful, I suggest a hairband to avoid it from running down to your skin. On the whole, I'm so pleased with this serum and will carry on to use.
For someone that has dealt with hair thinning, finding this serum came as a pleasant surprise. I had tried every possible remedy-oils, shampoos, and more, yet none seemed to work. It only when a close friend recommended reactivate hair serum that I chose to try it a try. Initially, I remained unsure nearly quit after inconsistent use. However, upon seeing new hair growth, I ensured to using it regularly for the past 50 days. Initially, my hair stopped falling out, and now my bald spots are starting to fill in. Others have even noticed baby hairs growing on my head. It's been a journey of endurance along with consistency, and yet the results are beginning to show.
shampooing it twice is helpful. even more if you use a clarifying shampoo, and a regular after (works for me). also, washing every inch of your scalp, not just rubbing your fingers in your hair (saying that because I've seen some people that don't wash their hair properly, leading to dandruff and itching.)

Does using a combo between sulfate and sulfate free shampoos work? Cause the thing with sulfate shampoo is that it strips away buildup but then cause your scalp to produce more oil especially for oily hair, while if you pair it with a sulfate free shampoo it probably might balance out how much oil is stripped away but wouldn't cause the hair to lose all the oil it produces in the process. And in addition to that maybe adding another layer of sulfate free shampoo after the first wash (sulfate and sulfate free mix) might help with that too and leave the hair feeling soft but healthy out of the shower I have oily, coarse and thick, flakey straight hair
