Always a pleasure watching your videos and learning from you
Great teaching❤
I was always wondering how pereira hits effortlessly but this much destructive. Well explained champ
Great stuff Joe!
Interesting insight about Alex Pereira's kicking style.
Thanks champ 🙏
So awesome seeing Matt take part in these videos as the dummy and then just straight up wreck dudes in his mma fights
thanks
Those thigh chop hurt sooo bad.
Great video.
Thx Joe🫡🔥
Is it better to hit the same spot on the IT band or to use the IT band as a way to set up the downward chop to the 45 spot higher on the leg?
Easiest way to check is someone else let kick you. I trained with my homie, but we had a kicking shield and gave us feedback which one was good or which one not.
Didn't watch the vid yet but I love to time the lowkick on their jab. Foot is planted. No checking. I lean back with my head a bit. Especially useful to bigger opponents who blast you withtheir jab
Also for real power don't step but jump into the lowkick more momentum
I use it. I’ve used them in street fights bc most people are untrained or not properly trained. I do them while throwing punches. One person stopped after one low kick. That was this past Christmas.
Yo man, I've never been to a street fight before. So just wanna ask, does it hurt yourself when you low kick somebody else? Thanks!
