Rest similar build would cost appx 55-65 again depending upon your location and material availablity

Not sure but you would have started penning down atleast 8-12 months prior, on design, materials, elevation, importing …
If possible can you list on few brands which were imported, especially on toilet fittings? Was it a Vacuum operated ? Inverter, etc…

2. what is the solar reliability on long run?

1.total wieght is 5.5 tons ,kamani work done so not an issue
2.solar for us is just a 10% back up of 6000w inverter as we have a 10kw lithium bank so more solar panels are needed to be dependent on solar charging.
3.deep cleaning after every trip.

Buddy i have a query; what about those windows which only opens from outside. As anyone can open it from outside would be security issues. Although they are small...

We did thought about it while installing, and did practical things so no issues , as they are to small for anyone to do any harm.

Grt .. so you must be using 12v to 48v step up converter to charge your leisure battery from a lead acid battery connected to your alternator....???

Yes , only if you know the correct way. And if your finance can support it.
Genset laga dete to tension ki koi baat nahi hoti..
Diesel khatam hone ki tension toh usme bhi rehti , but we have not faced any such issue related to our electricals.
