Project Apex 2020: Saitama Hotlap

I have been given access to a 2020 version of Project Apex for the sake of adding archival content to the wiki. I will not be granting access to the game both due to an agreement between me and Araman, who gave me access in the first place and also because we don't want to ruffle the feathers of the actual F1 teams due to the teams being uncensored. Hell, we're on VCARB's good list, and we don't want to lose that.
