Seeing as you do chip in different places a chippercombi seems like a good idea, chipper, crane and bunker on one frame. One operator, no need for shifting the kubota about. Not cheap though.
Those 8 series chippers are a proper tree chipper compared to the 4 and 6s… I’d still have a 6-400 though lol. The more hp is handy for the power back up, it should give a better, more consistent chip. Just give the 5150 a tweak on the fuel pump😁.
Hi Alex, you want to get that 5150 on a dyno and have it tuned up a bit they will easily handle an extra 20 hp, it would sing away happily on the chipper then.

@@biogasalex6320 I don’t know anyone down your way but most dealers would have a dyno and a 13mm spanner if you talk nicely to them.
The next guy to try and undo that bolt will have fun.

Case didn’t do bad on the chipper but an extra 50hp would be night and day in terms of chipping speed
