That's a very good tutorial ... although, as an aerospace engineer, I think I might have bit a larger piece than I can chew when I bought a machine like that :-D
I have that exact machine. I bought it during the early lockdown. i cannot use the automatic threader, as I think there's something missing. It just won't thread! Am I "missing" something whilst threading? Very fustrating, as the automatic threader was a plus for me buying it.

I love your video and it's been very helpful. I'm still struggling a bit with the needle threader because it doesn't always make that small loop and I haven't quite figured out what I'm doing wrong. The stitches on the zipper looked very nice, what settings did you have on you machine for those?
Hi Abi, I can’t seem to get my settings right. The lower thread tension isn’t working for me, is there a setting that you prefer so the stitches get straight? I’ve tried everything from changing my needle etc :(

I recently watched your video unboxing of a Singer Serenade which I think you did last year. It was a lovely machine with many features I don't currently have. I heard Lidl have Singer sewing machines in again just now so I went along today full, of anticipation. Turns out "Singer Serenade" isn't just one model! You unboxed the Singer Serenade C520L. This one is the M320L and isn't anywhere near as sophisticated as the C520L. So sadly I came away empty-handed...
This is good to, its more simple and if in case of repair it’s so much easier to repair it. My friend bought the C520L and she just uses the straight stich and zig zag 😉
The threader will not thread the needle, it's driving me absolutely insane, can you please please do a closer up video, I press the thread in front of the needle and nothing, i feel like throwing the machine in the bin lol
@@AbisDen Thanks hun but its a brand new machine, does the thread have to grip onto the thing behind the needle, is it from front to back, I've tried everything :=(

@@Christal-xl3qu well now I can say that 6 out of 10 times I can thread the needle using the neddle threader so it's a matter of practice I suppose.

It might be that you’re using the wrong bobbin size or it’s in the wrong way
Hi my bobbin thread won't catch to come up to where the needle is why
Because the timing of the bobbin to needle is out of sequence. You need to restore the mechanism. Please see the timing videos

Quite often the hook gets bent x
