I love these videos because im just a broke high schooler so I cant enjoy the art of figure buying and anime merch just yet. But once I'm in Uni I do hope to have a room similar to yours. My only fear is the figures I'd like to buy wont be availble if they are limited or theyre from an old anime like Date a live.
That's the thing with figure collecting, it's a hobby of privilege I started out when I was still in college, and I started out pretty modest since I missed out on a lot of the figures I wanted when they were up for preorders. Naturally, I started collecting more figures when I could preorder them since I knew getting them later would be more expensive. I would say I got pretty reckless since there are quite a few figures I regret getting, so I've started tightening my criteria for figures I buy. I think for you, since you are broke and young, just be careful of getting stuck in the buyers regret mentality.

Hoo boy... the paint work on st. louis is superb! I never understand how they make a solid thing looks translucent just with a paint. It always blew my mind! How do you like the paint on her hair compared the one on prinz eugen? The pearlescent finish looks similar, especially at the tip of her hair. Do you prefer a solid colored hair or one with extra finish like this? Also, i thought you would say 'nice' after inspecting st. louis the first time at 8:07 , lol.
Anyone ever got a damaged box from Amiami? My package came today with a damaged box, contacted amiami and these mfs tried to say it's nothing they can do, so I asked to speak to a supervisor and still waiting on a reply.
@@KenKen004 it’s because falcom got rid of unisuga who has done some of their greatest tracks over the years, I like it personally myself game has some strong event themes and good final dungeon and boss themes, but I agree with the ost being weaker overall.

Yea, Personally I pick and choose which ones I keep. Figures I like more I keep the boxes. I used to keep them all, but I started to feel like someone was going to be at my house and open a closet and an avalanche of boxes would come down on them.
figure box itself is pretty important for resell value, and the cardboard boxes that they ship in are also nice to have when you do resell so you dont need to go out and buy cardboard boxes when you do sell.
