    Onion- 3 small or 2 medium
    Green chilly- 2nos
    Ginger-2 inch
    Garlic- 10-12 nos
    Fresh coriander- 2 tbsp
    Moti namkeen(Lakdha sev)-1cup
    Bareek Namkeen(aloo bhujia) -2 tbsp
    Cream-3 tbsp
    Kasoori methi-1 tbsp
    Garam masala-1/4 tsp
    Turmeric powder-1/2 tsp
    Coriander powder-2 tsp
    Cumin powder-1 tsp
    Deggi chilly-2 tsp

    Chef where is video of Rasam you had posted last week
    This recipe is quite different than kathiyawadi recipe
    I like this recipe much better because it has roasted tomatoes and two types of sev also creme and topped it of with mine and yours favourite kasuri methi

    Sir, mere pass ready made fried gatte bhi hain.. Mujhse uski sabji acchi nai bani...maine gravy mein gatte add kiye the.. Par to bahut zayada sakht reh gaya.. Aur khane mein taste bhi nai aaya.. Aap please bazar wale ready made gatte ki recipe bataye

    Chef Bhupi your recipes are the best. I really liked your bhindi masala, where onion and roasted besan was added towards the end. I want to make sev tamator vegan so I will skip the cream.

      Add some water in Cream and don't add chilled cream ,keep out from fridge
