Fellow Floridian. Also fellow ex 3rd floor dweller. Did you know in the state of Florida, apartment complexes are only required to have elevators if they have MORE than three stories?

Yes!! I know that and that’s why pretty much everywhere is only 3 stories 😭 first floor for me now thank god!!
