I appreciate for the useful info you shared us. My friend already summited an immigrant visa with a mistake on His Father's name and His children Date of Birth. The case is currently sent from the NVC to the Embassy/Consulate of his Country and the interview is Scheduled to December 25/2023. So, is there any hope that the DS-260 form will be unlocked by the US Embassy? will it delay his Case? Your detail response is appreciated.🙏
KCC does not have the ability to retrieve or make changes to the data that was provided on the original entry to the lottery. This what i got from KCC after 3days i asked to unlock my DS-260 2024
I made a mistake in did you got refusal of visa in that instead of yes i said no, because it was 20 years back we had applied and our agent said no need to say yes. How to correct it. Pls advise
Hi, I tried calling the embassy as my interview date is January 18. our embassy always hangs up while I am on the phone with them. we have sent an email with no respond. any suggestion? I have sent an email to this email as well.
My sister has an issue on her DS260, she added two spouses by mistake, she want to remove the last one because it was an error. Her DS260 is not yet submitted and still incomplete.

Hi I was filling up my husband’s ds 260 form for cr1 category but my husband has an Indian passport where he has no last name on his passport his passport show mika singh on his given name and last name is blank I don’t know how to fill up ds 260 form as we can’t leave last name blank but on his petition with uscis i130 I put first name mika and last name singh and it’s approved but here have to fill according to passport in ds 260 form please suggest me

They will. Sometimes it takes up to 2 weeks to unlock

Correct it at the embassy

Fill as you did with USCIS. 1st Mika last singh

How about you have been scheduled interview can they unlock it before u attend ?
Only by contacting the embassy BUT don't do that. For this case, it is just much better to correct it during the interview
