Is the weather a part of the map or do you have a separate mod for that. I've been trying to get weather for beaming forever.
Some maps its built in. If not, press F11, "create object" button, "precipitation" button. The reflectiveness I change with Reshade Mod.

Enable "relative" camera in options tab. Switch to relative camera view in car and you can move camera with WASD keys and mouse.
