They say that everything they do is constitutional, and that’s part of the problem. I believe there is a process for suing these legislators as individuals, not just in their official capacity, for violating their oath of office, but I’ve never heard of it being used. Maybe it’s time we start using that process to make them think hard before passing blatantly unconstitutional laws.

I think you're too optimistic. More like 2055 when Dems control all States executive and legislative branches. All Circuit Courts. The Presidency, the House, the Senate and SCOTUS. Oh and all dissidents (Non-communists) are in Guantanamo. Don't forget, Guantanamo is a military prison so they'll need the Militaries absolute loyalty and they didn't start working on that until the Obama administration.
Rahimi will be decided either this week or next, possibility tomorrow (Thursday June 20).

The Circus will hold court until the Dems are gone and that won't happen until taxpayer funded universities are history.
GVR-ing to the Circuit Court after Rahimi assumes that the Circuit Court would take direction from the SCOTUS. They won’t. If they were going to act in good faith, they would have struck down the AWB’s to begin with. Having these cases GVRed just adds more time until the SCOTUS is forced to deal with them. Every day that the SCOTUS fails to take this issue up, further delegitimizes the SCOTUS and the integrity of our legal system.
Dude, the reality is Scotus can't and won't do anything about this. Time to write them off as a source of help.

I think they're using Rahimi to stall, but there are other cases in IL that would require them to explain how the lower/inferior courts need to use Bruen. The big problem is that Bruen is not being obeyed, plain and simple and the $64k question is whether the SCOTUS will explain how the lower/inferior courts need to analyze it. If the lower/inferior courts didn't use the 2-step, sensitive places, or other BS to infringe our rights, we wouldn't have a problem. But this is something that does need to be decided in the 2023/2024 session next week, IMO. Voter ID ASAP!🗽 (the next way they will f#@$ us)
My biggest fear is that they’re saying they’re gonna wait for the Rahimi decision then just move the damn goalpost to say “oh Rahimi didn’t help. Now we’re gonna wait for _____ case.” Ad nauseam

SCOTUS denied cert in the Bianchi case but has kicked all of the 7th circuit cases down the road. Some of the 7th circuit cases deal with the same issues Bianchi does so it's a ray of hope that they'll take the 7th circuit cases soon. Otherwise, why did they not deny all of them the same conference date as Bianchi?
9th circus will just keep stalling everything hoping for different supreme court judge eventually.

Bruen does however see over Miller & Duncan which circus should do its damn job & rule accordingly, even if it’s a misconstrued ruling just so these case can continue to the proper & more appropriate hands of SCOTUS.

Why would they wait for the Supreme Court's decision in Rahimi? If it isn't decided they way they want it to, the 9th Circuit still won't abide by the Supreme Court's ruling anyway. There is no punishment for them if they ignore it.
