My daughter was on 10+hr flight multiple times already and she is only 4 yrs old. I brought so many things on my backpack for her. games, book, activity books, snacks and more. As result, she was happy and quiet through out the flight.
When I flew to Australia with my daughter first time she was 3, I was Uber prepared for anything, toys, books, wet wipes. Anything I could think of to keep her busy. We flew Emirates, as soon as we sat down the lovely air host brought her a bag of toys and books. I love Emirates, I recommend them to everyone 😃
I got my son one of those rolling suitcases that have a seat the kids can sit in and buckle into. My 3 year old LOVED it. It’s like they’re riding a horse or a motorcycle and you get peace of mind and you don’t need to push a huge stroller or anything. This may be more of a toddler hack but they’re amazing, so many families stopped us to ask where we got it. They’re on Amazon!
my son loves it when he was 5... but it's too small to fit all his luggage (especially when we travel during winter ) but then we had no chance to have any trip due to pandemic.... (after pandemic , he felt embarrassed to use this type of toddler suitcase )
No problem they will be good. I did this with my first son from Australia to Toronto. They are easy to amuse. They were so interested in watching people and the changing sights they didn't need much except foods and diapers.
I recommend getting a harness and leash for her it might sound weird but hear me out, when you're sitting in the airport waiting for your plane when you're getting on the plane and getting off the plane it will save your arms from being sore before you get to actually enjoy Barcelona or wherever you're flying to and it gives her the freedom to roam around a little bit and you know exactly where she is. My daughter loves her's
@@Jana41951 they really aren't, I got my daughter a dog harness and leash for her because that's the first one I found that fit her. It also has a squeaker and she thinks that's the best thing ever. Whenever we go to places that involves a lot of walking or a lot of people I bring her leash and harness even if I hold her I still have it on her because she likes to walk around. Before I became a parent I use to think people who have their kids on leashes were weird but they are geniuses.
A backpack one is best as it looks cute and can store some stuff (light) you can also pick her up with her strap as there should be a buckle too this is what my mother did when I was young
I am 10 years old turning 11 this year, and I have a little brother who is turning 3 next year. Before I explain my experience to Lithuania (🇱🇹), I want to say that Jeenie is super inspiring and she is very helpful for other moms who have a toddler on a flight. My brother was very well-behaved, but he also wanted to move around a lot :). We handled it, but Jeenie is really helpful. Now, for my experience, we had to wake up around 2-3 am, I think? That was really early, so my little brother wasn’t in the mood. We managed to do it, but I would ask for something little: Could you make a video on how to get your toddler up in early times before a flight? Anyways, when we reached Luton, it was a 15 minute check and 10 minute security check. It was easy, for me and my brother. Bless my mum for getting this all ready neatly and in order! We got onto our flight with WIZZAIR after, which was a 2hr and 30min (it was 2 years ago, my next flight is 15min longer for some reason). When we reached, he was really well-behaved as I said. Anyways, Thanks for reading my experience!
Tips! - If you child does not like airplane food or wants a snack because the flight may be long, Always pack a snack box with you! Its really convenient for the child❤ 2nd tip - Try getting things to make your child busy on the flight like a drawing book or some toys 🧸 Kids may really bored on the flight! 3rd tip - Sometimes we need extras right? Well try packing some extras you never know what happen! Part 2 in 30 likes! ❤😊
i LOVED Barcelona! Consider having small locks to lock zippers to stop pick pocketers, and wear the key as a necklace so you can quickly unlock if airport wants to search your bags.
always have extra pacifiers...crisis if lost 😀 and nose drops (?) ie the normal one for sunny nose, reduces the swelling in the nose and helps with the ears.
We did the 18.5 hour flight from NYC to Singapore (with connections on each end) with a 16 month old and basically had to fill our carry-ons just with enough formula and diapers to cover our layovers and flights. The airline didn't have any dairy free options for toddler food.
Make sure you bring the neck pillow or like a smaller neck pillow for your baby so when your baby is like laying down, she can have more comfortable space for her neck
If every parent were as well prepared and thoughtful as you, kids would never be so annoying. Kids only turn into little monsters when their needs are not met. Like, don't we all get angry when we are tired, bored, hungry etc.? You certainly are a good mum!
Those cards were the best! I used them with all 3 of my kids and we used them to teach words, colors, souds, even signs for ASL. My oldest is almost 15 and my youngest is almost 10 but those cards lasted and entertained my kids!
When my son was a toddler and we had a long flight, I would always get those pop together necklaces that are plastic. The big sturdy pieces that are about an inch across. It gives them lots of shapes and textures to fidget with. I would just make a long necklace for myself for when I was holding him in my lap. When he started getting sleepy I could lay him down with a bracelet made of that and he would just play with it until he napped out. It's nice because you don't have to carry it and if you lose a piece it's no big deal. They don't get upset because there are still many pieces to play with.
We have those diapers but don't use them so we are in the Philippines so it's gonna be less pricey(btw I'm not promoting anything I'm just saying)😊 byeee
Get some vacuum seal zip bags (Walmart has a bunch of sizes) anything that you will not need right away or things that may not be needed at all. You can always re-seal as much a possible and the zip it up if it ends up being used.
I am traveling in 2 days to Iran.iran is where I was born and I am so excited to see my cousins, aunts, uncles, grandparents and friends!I am so exited to travel!
I fly overseas all the time 😭😭😭😭 Love you jeenie❤ ( Tips for Nari is probably let Nari run around the airport before you get on the plane to let Nari get her energy out)
I watched this as a joke, like haha I’m basically a baby, and maybe it will help me on my next trip to Japan. I actually learned a few things for myself 😂
So this might be a tiny bit long but i am going to Turkey and since we are travelling i watch videos of people packing/at the airport or on the plane and u were actually the first person i watched because you're shorts were so funny (have fun in Barcelona)😂😂😂
Hi , i love how you save your energy for us to. having a toddler ain't easy ❤❤❤your the best youtube and mom ⭐ have fun at Barcelona😊 *Im gonna on a 38 houe flight iran to Australia too 😊*
I would recommend a backpack with a part so that you can attach the backpack on top of your luggage using the luggage's extended handle. Also, you're really good at Korean!
On a six hour bad weather delay back in 2010. I was travelling with a friend and her four year old daughter. I had a laptop with me and I had downloaded several episodes of the llittle girl's favourite TV show, Doc McStuffins. Her mother thought I was a genius and the little girl was entertained while we waited for the weather to clear. iPhones make it easier,, but yes, have the child's favourites available. It will save your sanity.
a mat (foldable) is a must for my toddler to play on the ground in a plane 😂😂 I spread out all his favorite toys, books, blankets n drawing pad around him.
You also have Rascal&Friends diapers!! LOVE those so much! The first ones that hold all the pee over night. I am so happy another mom gave me one to try once and since then we have been using them🥰🥰
My mum needs the bounce case because she is a dance teacher and she normally chucks her phone on accident so she needs it so she doesn’t break her phone 5:40
That's pretty good of you to do that and the kind of like your videos can you put some more please and I think that's good things for Norwich to carry and she might not be bored on the way I love it😊😊😊😊😊
Good luck with your trip. My first time flying with my daughter, she was 3 and I was alone. She fell asleep on my first flight we had a connecting flight that was at the end of the airport and she was dead weight. The flight attendant helped me get off the plane nothing more. My travel planner told me that airport staff would help me, nope. First time in this airport, angry toddler, lost and running out of time. Finally make it to my gate, to find out we have a serious delay. I was sweating bad, and hangry. So we went to the potty, got cleaned up and found something to eat close to the gate.
The best way to travel with a toddler is to take Via Rail from Vancouver to Toronto, than Amtrak from Toronto to New York City, The Queen Mary 2 from New York to London, EuroStar Service from London to Paris, and the TVG from Paris to Barcelona.

“I know the bag doesn’t close but I’m bringing this” is how I fly with my kids. Lol. The bag will never close.
That makeup travel kit hack is BRILLIANT!
I’m glad you get to go to a place in Spain and as a citizen of that country I hope you enjoy your visit to Barcelona
Her baby is so beautiful and cute ❤

Have the toddler dressed before going to bed, so all you have to lift, toilet and go. Eat at the airport.
Thank you!! I have a toddler and a 1 yr old baby, and last trip was CHALLENGING

She’s the type I’d hang out with daily. ❤

The flight attendant was so cute!!
The dog in the end 😂lol
You should get the book click clack moo it’s a life changer
